Absolutely lovely and poignant. An extremely believable portrayal of life after the war, with all the pain and beauty of recovery.

This made me cry.
It makes me cry every time I read it.

Hands down, the best oneshot of any fandom I've ever read...and I've read a lot. Hauntingly beautiful and wonderfully tragic. The perfect amount of description. Well done, truly, well done.

| The Wayland Smith chapter 1 . 6/15
| crackedarkness chapter 1 . 6/13
