I love D/7 stories and I think there aren't enough out there. They *are* the most perfect romantic couple on the whole damn ship. Who cares about Torres and Paris? Feh. Anyway, I think this story is a good start. I'd like to see more romantic tension in the story myself. Also I felt the insertion of song lyrics was irrelevant and distracting. I think that the way the Doctor approached his declaration of love was very much in keeping with his character. A little more polish and you've got a good fic on your hands. :)
