I like the idea,and it is pretty good so far. However I think you had rorshach kill off villains like bane and joker way too easily. Especially with how he did some of it. Where the hell did he get the acid and mini gun? Those parts feel a lot like rorshach just conjured the weapons from the plot convenience dimension. Please don't have characters just pull heavy artillery from behind their backs with no explanation as to where it came from or how they could possibly get access to it int the first place. Rorshach never had access to what he used in your story canonically, and it makes no sense that he would suddenly be able to get he's hands on it now.

can't really see everyone calling the MC the "Killer Hero". Would imagine Bruce calling him a killer, or a villain, and trying to push that narrative.

Some major grammar problems and a lot of comma misuse.
Aside from that, does not really read like Rorschach. He is insane... but not Comedian insane. He still has rules. He kills murderers. rapists, those who the law cannot touch, and those who try to kill him. He does not go after literally anyone who has committed any crime, and try to kill them.

It is interesting to read this chapter given that DC made Dr Manhattan MORE powerful then Mxzyptik.

the absolute buffoonish intergender dynamic you keep poping on batman utterly ruins the character. you turned him into such a whipped little boy it is utterly impossible to regard him with respect, much less percieve him as having authority much less the will to take on villains. people that are weak minded in their personal lives can't just flip a switch and be a hardcore badass at work. you basically outright castrated batman and made him utterly uninteresting and cringey.

your portrayal of the dc characters is a horrific pile of trope and cliche-ridden horsefecalmatter. it's thousand times recycled humor that stopped being funny 20 years ago, that keeps being recycled by people that can't be original. it doesn't have contribute to the story. I can literally skip everything you write about the dc characters and exclusively read the Rorschach bits and not be missing anything that I need to understand and enjoy the plot.
a bunch of men being emotionally tormented isn't romance, no matter how attractive the women are. it's considered cute by you because they are not. if it was a bunch of uggos you wouldn't have inflicted it on your characters.
