I just want to say I loved this fic. I have read many of your others but this one just blew me away. I actually cried when she died and he had to tell the kids. I had been avoiding this story mostly because I'm not a Ichi/Rukia fan and try to avoid them but after reading your first chapter/warning I just had to continue. i love your other fics too. Thanks for the great (if emotional) read.

Very well done, and not just as a story (although it stood out there too, as being well organized and written, with strong, consistent characterizations.)What really stood out for me was how it was practically a guidebook to how to handle life when shit happens / how to handle a falling apart marriage with as little damage to all involved as possible.

It's nice having this questions posted. To be perfectly honest I had forgoten too about them but they allowed me to think back upon your story with fresh eyes.

I will admit having wondered upon the main theme of spousal abuse, especially seeing that it was no the man abusing but being abused. I can only say from my point of view but I do believe you got many main aspects surounding this violence right.

Again, "Why Rukia"? was also a question I have wondered about. Especially I wondered if it had to do with her being among the only female character Ichigo takes orders from. I liked your explanation.

Strangely the question about Rukia's death wasnt so present in my mind. It seemed, as you have explained, the "shorest" way out of the whole situation.

I have one question, if you do not mind.

Why did you choose to give Rukia and Ichigo twins? I am asking out of curiosity, especially since through a set of event I will recieve twin brothers myself!

ya know, if you switched some settings around and changed the characters names to something original, this would make a fantastic novel! Issues such as spousal abuse, especially when it is the male being abused, are hardly ever covered, and you hardly ever see anything to do with gay relationships unless there is lots of meaningless sex and at least one of the characters is flamboyant. Your story, however, is a breath of fresh air to say the least. Where you decide to go from here is up to you, but it would be an awful waste of a perfectly good plot to not try and make it original and see if you could get it published. Anywho, thanks for the gem! Can't wait to see what else you throw our way!

"Of Violence" Charmed me from the very beginning. I loved the strange dynamic between Rukia and Ichigo, Ichigo and Byakuya, and Ichigo and his family.

You did a marvelous job in decpicting the story and everyone's emotions and their reactions to the trials you presented them. Loved it.

You wrote an artfully done Romance Fic, that was not like any i've read before. The romance was tastefully done, and the journey that they had to embark on to get where they were at the end was enthralling.

Your story telling is excellent. It made me cry, angry, sad, and even made me laugh. I stumbled across this story and I could not stop reading it until I got to the end. The way you wove all the pieces and the lives together-I could clearly see all of it in my mind. You were able to cover abuse from both points of view. It was simplified in some ways, but it was nicely covered. Baykuya and Ichigo's relationship was nicely told, and their love story was very sweet.

well so it is finally finished... somehow this was (even if it sounds clichée) the best end I think. Byakuya and Ichigo did get together and in shorter time than I had been expecting if Karin is still/barely alive.

And it is good that Rukia was reincarnated, and lives a happy life, it feels as if it should be.

For me all questions are answered, but I would be very interested in reading your FAQ, as I would love hearing how you came upon those ideas!

It's nice and a bit sad to see an ending for a fic. Nice, because it means the author wrote it to the end (had the idea and patience) and we, as readers got to know the end. Sad, because after so much waiting for new chapters it goes to end.

Anyhoo, I thoroughly enjoyed the story, even the awkward parts (such as Renji being stoopid) and the fun parts (such as Byakuya saying, "If you want me, you can have me." o) I squealed everytime I saw it updated.
