![]() ![]() ![]() It is a pity you quit on this. This is by far the best relationship between Voldemort and Harry I have ever encountered. It would have been nice to see where it went. Excellent story, though. Thank you. |

![]() ![]() ![]() A good story, too bad it seems to have been abandonned. Harry cease to care ealy about the Dursley's approval and decided to make a life by himself, using his intellect. He also found about his magic early and have a better understanding of it than most wizards. He wasn't impressed by Hogwarts, even more compared to his school and I can understand it. Hogwarts don't teach core subjects like languages, mathematiques, sciences and litterature and its teaching are a serious handicap if you want to work in the Muggle World. Harry made a good analyse of a prejudiciated world who would worship him for something he found absurb to think he even could have done and expect always more of him. Dumbledore make a very bad judgement call when he forced Harry to go in Hogwarts. Not only he made a powerful enemy with a big memory, but Harry is a very pragmatic boy. I don't think he's a sociopath or a psychopath because he would have left Snape die, but he learned to only count on himself and he's very calcularing. It was amusing to see (and see him realize) that Voldemort is the one with who he could be completly open and have stimulating discussion. I think the Dark Lord is intrigued by the boy who remind him a bit of himself and with whom he could speak intelligently. His deception about Hermione's timeline show he's still a boy. After his "accident", Rogue realised that Harry was nothing like his father and come to fear and respect him. |
![]() ![]() seems unlikley after a 7-8ish year gap but i do wish you would continue this BRILLIANT fic, i really like how you have written this version of Harry, especially his opinions with Voldermort. So even if you dont continue this fic i just wanted to let you know you are a fantastic , pretty please, pretty please with a cherrry on top update this. ~CC |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm really enjoying this story. Haven't seen too many like it so I'm really enjoying the premise behind it. Hope that it gets continued some day. |
![]() ![]() Ok, I was wrong... partially. I still see no indication that Harry has any long-term plans for the wizarding world, but unfortunately the story isn't finished. And judging from the amount of time passed, unlikely to be. Shame. Still, it's not too hard to guess how things will go, merely the conclusion isn't clear, i.e. what will Voldie do once he's taken over. I imagine Harry will simply abandon England and migrate somewhere he can continue reading in peace, possibly furthering his muggle education too. Ah well. |
![]() ![]() Unlike other reviewers who are more apt to throw the baby out with the bath water, I accept that this fic is your AU take on things. Fair enough. But with the removal of the horcruxes, Snape being a loyal DE, and no doubt other major plot changes, I can't see this going too far past Harry wishing Tom good luck as he leaves the wizarding world to its fate. I'm not unaware I've read 8 out of 13 chapters, all written within a close timespan, and that it's been years since any updates so I can safely conclude that the few chapters left will merely bear my speculation correct. Ah well. Not bad for a oneshot, so to speak. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really liked this, too bad it was discontinued |
