An excellent story, at least in idea and the main points. What bugs me a little is an excess of dialogue... Well, not specifically excess of dialogue, but severe lack of action/description/thought process surrounding said dialogue. While in the show that seems to be the main thing you get, the beauty of a television is that you can get visual clues and hints without somebody's words needing to point them out. In prose, however, we do need to see those visual clues and those locations and those little things our eyes usually catch for us presented rather than skipped over.
Save for a few moments, the boys were kept in excellent character, well done. The only thing that bugs me - House admitting that he's changed. It just seems like something he'd never admit. (He'd admit he starred in a porn film with Cuddy and Cameron before he admitted he's changed.)
All in all, though, very nicely done, believable and everything. Keep up the good work.

Ha, ha... cute! Sweet! Realistic dialogue and they were both in character, so excellent job!
