| Isabel chapter 1 . 1/31/2014
You know, I never really thought what Pokemon thought.
| ahem chapter 1 . 1/16/2014
This is pretty interesting but obviously not the way things are. Not exactly the best topic to write about, since in the games Red didn't ever sleep (though it was optional at times) and he should've been dead but he wasn't.
| Guest chapter 1 . 8/27/2013
Blah Blah Thunderbolt.
Blah Blah Dodge.
Blah Blah Blah?
[Pokémon in a nutshell.]
| Guest chapter 1 . 6/21/2013
These ingrates are called pocket monsters for a reason. Maybe if humans had gotten the same powers as pokemon, the pocket slaves wouldn't be in that mess.
| Dustchu chapter 1 . 4/24/2013
I've been playing the games for about thirteen years and I love my Pokemon, if I could talk to my Pokemon I would ask them how they felt towards me. I would hope they feel the same way about me, but I'll never know. Unless something happens and I get teleported into my game and get to know my Pokemon. but knowing life that probably wont happen anytime soon. nice story.
| Orange-and-Indigo chapter 1 . 3/16/2013
I see your point here. But I disagree. In the games, you walk through the tall grass, and THE POKEMON COME TO YOU! They want to be caught! If they really didn't, they wouldn't bother fighting your pokemon, they'd attack you or run away. If a pokemon didn't want to be caught, it wouldn't attack trainers. I don't watch the anime, so maybe it's different, but its seemed obvious to me that if being caught was such a horrible fate, they wouldn't attack. They battle to see if the trainer is strong enough to be worthy of them, and traded ones don't get to battle you and so disobey until you prove your strength with badges. Your stories are interesting, even if they seem AU.
| ForestFleet chapter 1 . 12/28/2012
A rather cliche idea, in fact, most of this is cliche! The emotions are typical. It's been stated Pokemon (or pokemon depending on your side of the debate) like to battle for their trainer. Can there be exceptions? Sure, but at least have something less cliche then complete hate.
| xxxmovedxxxmoved chapter 1 . 11/1/2012
You're thinking way too much into this. It's because of people like you, PETA is hating on Pokemon. Pokemon aren't real, it's a freaking game for fuck's sake. And really, if my Pokemon felt this way I would release them immediately. But its' a freaking game. A game is made from a program and the last time I checked, data and software ( at least the kind in Pokemon) don't have feelings.
Just my two cents.
| Silver Demon Sword chapter 1 . 10/18/2012
You're scary but an aawesome author
| Coldplay Clocks chapter 1 . 7/26/2012
The story was good and well written, is my first thought. The way Articuno is thinking right now makes me re-think Pokemon together and gets my mind whirling. It makes me cringe a little about Articuno's thoughts on Red, and how it thinks of him, but I saw Red as a very caring person who loves all of his Pokemon.
| Nauran chapter 1 . 4/11/2012
Imagine my surprise when I found that the oldest story with Red as a character was written by you.
This was good. A simple concept taken to emotional extremes.
And too bad for Articuno that Red is immune to icy hells.
| Mysterious Prophetess chapter 1 . 8/17/2010
This was well thought out and well written. I never thought of the games that way and I've been playing them since Blue and Red first came to the US.
| bob chapter 1 . 6/1/2010
Nice, but Red seems like the guy to love his pokemon
| E-123 Omega mk2 chapter 1 . 5/23/2010
Yikes, now I know what my Arceus, Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia are thinking. Very depressing how Red broke the mighty Charizard. Although the description of "slave master" is a bit much, It does sound accurate.
On a random note about your rant at the beginning: Sucks I know, but get over it.
| SwiftintheSky chapter 1 . 4/23/2010
Wow... I would NEVER have thought of it that way... And are you saying... That Red used a GAMESHARK? I would never use gameshark on a pokemon game! Anyway, that Articuno is MAD! Seems like it would be thinking along the same lines as the pokemon in "Just You Wait".
