I read this before a long time ago and found it again. This is absolutely really really well written, I hope you're doing well these days.

I know this fic is very old now, but I wanted to let you know it still has a place in my heart as one of my favorite ATLA fics ever! The characterization, the dialogue, the details, the worldbuilding, it's all wonderful! Whenever I feel like coming back to the fandom for a bit of nostalgia I end up rereading this fic. Thanks so much for sharing it!

I found you on FanFiction recently and you need to seriously answer this: Before you were born, did you specifically talk to God to get this writing talent of yours? I was so completely hooked up with the story that I started to force my friends who have not watched A:TLA to watch it so they can read your works. For the ones who have watched it I already sent the links.

I just felt like the ending was odd, I cannot explain it but something felt missing to me. Other than that I read every single letter and I am usually an impatient person, skipping paragraphs to see what happens in the end but your writing never gave me the urge to skip anything.

I'll admit, I had this up thinking 'could be interesting' but wasn't really expecting much. Boy was I wrong. I really enjoyed this. A fun story, good thoughts and morals... :D Thank you for writing it.

I love this story sooooooo much. I always love coming back to it and rereading it every once in awhile. It just occurred to me that what happened between the last chapter and the current chapter would make for an AMAZING tale. Just, if you were to decide to do that, finish your other in-progress stories first! Please. Lol. _

Happy birthday! Though I have no idea if this will be anywhere close, yay internet time machine. Overall this has been a great fic, I’ve especially loved Sokka and Zuko’s reactions to each other’s normals. The idea of Iroh just casually chucking a ball of fire at Sokka is hilarious to me.
