A fitting end. I really loved this story. The separate conversations at the end really give more to the characters - not to mention a little cliffy for those who haven't read the fifth book. Great job!

This story is absolutely amazing! I fell in love with it what feels like many months ago, and I still love it :) You created a brilliant, albeit somewhat angsty, version of an outcome that I had wondered about ever since I was little and my dad read the Narnia series out loud as a bedtime story. this has got to be one of my all-time favorite stories. i really loved all the new twists and the emotion! i never ever imagined that the characters would feel the way they did and while i was reading your story, it completely opened up a new perspective.

I always wondered why Lucy didn't make up phials. Thank you, for bringing sense to the story. Lucy's just not the type to insist on being the only one to carry the cordial.

Aaaaand, we're back to the characters we know and love. Thanks for this - I read fanfic because I love hanging out with these people. Alternate imaginings are good, too, but the canon personalities are the best.

That was really fun. And thanks for spending time with Lucy and Susan. This is the best, most fleshed-out characterization of them that I've seen in fanfiction (and in Susan's case, at all).

I should have mentioned this earlier, but great job with the beginning and ending quotations. You do a fabulous job picking them, and they add a lot to the feel of the story (particularly in keeping your AU solidly grounded in cannon and Lewis' style).

Wow. Not what I expected, that's for sure. I thought the concept was that things would be /better/ if Lucy went to Aslan? Still, a great read.

Again, you are an amazing writer. The suspense is killing me, though, so I'm off to read the next chapter! Great job with the duel, and I love Oreius' quote.
