you know, thats really weird. i've been thinking ever since i saw the movie of doing a story exactly like this one, but 1- i hadnt managed yet to come up with a decent plot line and 2- i've got way to many stories on the go at the moment. ;P

Its just really weird that you would write this, cause i was thinking about it on the way home from work and i'd decided that ed would definately go with her, but peter susan and trumpkin wouldnt realise they'd gone a different way until a little while later; but thats as far as i'd gotten. then, lo and behold, i arrive home, check my email, go 'ooh, a new CSLewis story - yay! WOAH! I was just thinking about that!"

anyway, moving on now.

i loved it. i liked how you portayed peter - it was different from normal, but i liked it all the same. i loved how lucy changed from just lucy into queen lucy the valiant, and how because of said visible change edmund was pretty much expecting her to say what she did.

question - ed mentioned that lucy was the only one out of his three siblings that hadn't changed. is edmund the only one of lucy's three siblings that hasnt changed, or has he changed significantly since their return from the professors house same as su and peter?

looking forward to the next chapter - i always look forward to your stories. i'm wondering if peter and the others will go with them just to stick together, if peter will have a fit of stubbornness (which i TOTALLY spelt wrong) and go his way anyway (which i doubt), or if he just wont realise for a while that lucy and edmund havent followed.

and i'm looking forward to seeing how peter's relationships with everyone (namely ed) change as the story progresses.

Thank you for writing this. Edmund has always been my favorite character, and I have always felt that he deserved more acknowledgment for believing Lucy. I was very happy to read this-you blended the book and the movie together incredibly well.
