The little to none action is very dry, I suggest spicing it up by using a theasaurus or getting a bit more discriptive. The characters seem to be talking fast, and you could stand to slow down a bit with more detail. I have no idea what you're getting to with the title, but I'll wait until I see where the plot is going. Nice story if you look past all that, though.
