Ugh... If only the story actually ended up like this...! T-T
This was really good! I liked how well thought out it was and that there was definitely great character development. I'm a big fan of Sakura's character and I liked how you made her character and personality strong (loved her sarcastic remarks to Sasuke, the way she dealt with Karin, and the battle with Sasuke). With Sasuke's character, I think you got everything right about him, like the little nuances and thoughts that he'd have; basically, I didn't think he was OOC which was a really nice touch to your story.
It was awesome the way you incorporated Sakura into the manga's plot, and your personal inserts and changes were well written too, they fit well into the storyline. You didn't really have grammatical errors which made me really happy.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your story, I couldn't stop! Thank you so much for your hard work! :D

I am at a loss for words at how incredible this story was. I cannot begin to describe it!
I read it from morning to my lunch break at work until now (roughly a 4-5 hour read?).
I was so hooked!
THE best fanfic I have ever read!

Thank you so much for this wonderful fic! You gave me more hope of Sasuke returning to the Team 7. And everyone is exceptionally not at all OC. Kudos to you!

This battle scene, you write so amazingly well. I cried. :( Good job!

My reviews are out of order. I have a shitty internet connection so when I tried, one review ended up first than the previous ones I wrote on the tab for each chapter. Just saying.
Yellow Mask, you just restored what was left of the broken faith I had on the pairing itself (which was next to nil, being completely destroyed and almost irreparable after Sasuke tried to kill Sakura). You even incorporated canon events, manipulating it to your liking and made it so believable it might as well be canon instead. You also managed to justify Sasuke's reasonings for being such a stupid imbecile in the recent manga chapters. He was alone, mentally unstable from his brother's puzzling actions and then Tobi dropped such a huge bombshell that he didn't know how to react but lash out in anger. If his brother wasn't to blame then Konoha must be.
I was really surprised about the depth in the characters and the plot itself. I thought it was just a dark AU of Sakura masquerading as a slave boy with a sharp tongue and cunning. I have to stop myself from reading up to chapter 14 because I was up till morning staring at the computer screen, digesting the story with rapt attention. I was really pushing it and took a lot of self control to stop. It was that engaging! The story really deserved the staggering amount of reviews it got and still counting.

Deadpan observations, awkward questions and obliviousness makes me want to hug Sai while shaking with laughter. Thankfully, Sakura reassured him. Silly, silly Sai. You are part of the Team Seven family like everyone else.
Now comes the confrontation! Let's just hope they aren't any interventions since most obstacles are gone.

I like it when people do it illegally. Undermining the Hokage's authority, do they? Serves the old crippled bastard right. And the Elders...I will relish in their deaths. As much as I want to smack Itachi for being an idiot, it was the orders of the Council that forced him his hand. The tragedy of the Uchiha massacre wouldn't have happened if they hadn't been such paranoid fools! They didn't think of a peaceful one, alienating the already trapped clan until they couldn't help but plan a coup. Damn them. May they rot in hell.
Haha, I also just want to pinch Sai's cheeks to stop him from being so insecure! You big baby, no one's gonna replace your socially inept self. Not even Sasuke. He holds a different position on Team Seven.
Sasuke seeing people mimic his tender actions toward Sakura is just plain hilarious and adorable! You lovesick fool. He definitely has it bad.

Oh yes! A positive improvement from the breakdown in canon.

Ahhh, ahhh, you stupid idiot! Ita-chan, you always die on me! Your worse than Minato. *sniff*
| A Midsummer chapter 15 . 4/22/2013
Foolish little brother, that manipulative bastard older brother of yours can be so cunning. He sacrificed your clan for a misguided attempt in peace, your love for your hatred and now he wants you to kill him for self redemption. Shisui, why did you do this to your cousin?!
Well, he definitely did successfully on all of his plans. Damn it, Itachi! You sick idiot!
Don't worry about me, I'm just being a frustrated reader recalling a certain peace lover's death. Two times he died. First to a sickness and another when he was reanimated. My issues to the guy are returning. One thing we can count on Itachi is that he wouldn't lay a hand on Sakura. Even if he doesn't have any qualms making it look like he did rape her. Stupid, stupid, foolish older brothers...they wouldn't accept any other death but by their precious brother's hands.

Sai-kun is here! I'm between the edge of worry and giddiness. Happy because Sai is there and worried on Danzo's schemes regarding Sakura.

Holy, damn you Ita-chan. Surprisingly enough, I didn't expect him there. I was too preoccupied with the sweet romantic scene. Like Sakura, I presumed Sasuke's method of kissing would be forceful and dominating. A gentle, almost tentative kiss is the last one out of my mind.

Hahaha, so many cockblockers but the one with Kabuto was still the best one yet. Sasuke had been frustrated. Sexually frustrated that is. It was totally hilarious to see him reduce to a hormonally driven teenager.
