![]() ![]() ![]() What is the composition of Source's atmosphere? If there's a significant amount of anything other than hydrogen, balloons full of pure, hot hydrogen would provide enough buoyancy to keep constructions in one piece. The other problem is that I'm not sure the inertial dampening or gravity control (that must exist normally because the acceleration required to get from the edge of the system to Earth in less than a day would kill everyone on such a ship otherwise) works for vehicles boosting out of planetary gravity wells, and it seems like Slylandro would have a lot of trouble with acceleration. |
![]() ![]() ![]() As I remember, their probes were faulty, and attacked all the spaceships with anti-meteorite weapons. Talk about irony. |
![]() ![]() Beautiful. Simply beautiful. The Slylandro as a species could definitely do with more characterization, and you've done an excellent job of it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() First: HOLY CRAP STAR CONTROL SECTION YAY |
![]() ![]() Yay, Star Control Section! This cute ficlet with an almost uplifting feel is such delicious irony. Oh Slylandro, you have no idea what you're doing. Good job! (and please keep writing for star control, there really aren't enough of us fans out there) |
