Reviews for My Brother's Best Friend |

![]() ![]() ![]() Oh dear, I feel her pain! First crush is so difficult to forget. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this story it is awesome and I love this series :) & I’m happy that Bella & Edward are Married |
![]() ![]() I think this story basically laid every single problem in their relationship at Edward's feet. Even now though Bella acts like she isn't in a relationship. She keeps waiting for things to happen to her, gets pissed at Edward when it doesn't end up the way she imagined, and then acts like a hurt animal. She needs to grow a backbone and they definitely shouldn't get married. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, I'm going insane. It's probably more to do with the fact that I'm grumpy about this dragging on for them to reveal their true feelings but arrrrrgh if they get interrupted one more time by a phone call or person one more time I'm going to explode with frustration. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I spend most of this story wanting to strangle Alice or any of the other meddling idiots. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ohh my as much as these two drive you crazy... I heart them to the moon and back! Love this story, read it one 3 items and I love it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I know I’m, like, a million years late to the party :) but I really don’t like how Emmett treats Bella... like she’s a child. She has to ask her brother for permission to stay home alone?! What the hell?! It’s weird and creepy. She’s 23... not 9. And the way she just goes with it, like she’s totally ok with other people dictating her life, it’s quite gross. :/ |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, just finished reading this chapter and I have to say that I wanted to put my fist through the screen. I am up for angst, but man! You are truly killing me! You get them sorted and you have us thinking that all is good, yes they still have to talk, but they have their heads out of their behinds... and then whammo you slap us in the face with this chapter! It’s frustrating! Truely, crazy, down right dirty frustrating! GRRRRRRR |
![]() ![]() Why did she do three loads of Emmett's laundry? They're going away for a weekend, right? How much clothes does he need for a weekend at a cabin? Just wash what he needs, with your own laundry included! She can't have her brother's clothes mingling with hers? |
![]() ![]() Has Angela returned to Forks at all during this time? I thought her mom needed help. |
![]() ![]() Ok, I'm wrong. Apparently, Bella does need to be babysat if she can't sleep unless someone is within a certain radius around her. But, it really bothers me that the whole contrived set-up of having Bella stay with the Cullens is null and void. Now, it just seems like Angela is a logical person who rightly believes she shouldn't have to babysit her adult friend. Sounds like she made up the story about her mom so she wouldn't have to uproot herself for the week! |
![]() ![]() Wait...I thought Angela was in Forks, helping out her family? That's why Bella "had to" be babysat by the Cullen family. Why can't Bella go home now? |
![]() ![]() I don't get why the whole Rosalie/Edward thing was something that was up to Edward to explain. Why couldn't Rosalie have told Bella that she wasn't really dating him? It's not like it was Edward's secret. It was hers. It was for her convenience, not his. I kinda understand that they didn't want to disappoint Jasper and Alice (somewhat). But once it was out in the open to them, why make it a big deal to explain to Bella? Makes zero sense. |
![]() ![]() I like the story overall so far, but I hate the cliche Alice with the shopping addiction and playing Barbie Bella. And I really wish Bella would stand up for herself as a grown-ass woman. |
![]() ![]() I'm enjoying this story so far, but it seems like a bunch of contrived events had to be dreamed up to get Bella and Edward in the same place. Does a bride REALLY want/need her brother there to help with wedding plans? Bella's family is SO overprotective of her, that they would make her leave town, abandoning her work and education, because they think she's "just a girl" and not a grown-ass woman? Misogynistic bastards! Also, don't agree with the groom's sister being an automatic pick for maid of honor. No one thinks that. Rosalie would be a regular bridesmaid or be part of the wedding somehow. A lifelong best friend would trump that every day. |
