So I was pretty into this story. I like the concept and the mystery of why Edward left and what happened. However, I really don’t get the plot that Bella has to stay at the Cullen’s because her brother and Dad won’t let her stay alone. She’s in her 20’s and she’s supposed to be this strong self assured woman but she allows the men in her life to control her? It just doesn’t add up and it doesn’t work for me. It feels like a cop out. A pipe bursts while Emmett’s out of town or she gets drunk while hanging out with Edward and has to stay. All more believable.

At the point in the story I'm at, Edward hasn't had a chance to ask Bella for a date, let alone take her for granted. She's been elsewhere or helping Alice. He is willing to give her time and space, so in there where was he supposed to ask her out? Plus, the women are all taking him for granted that he'll wait for her now. Game playing is so wrong.

Alice's influence in the relationship between the two of them is bad. What she told Bella to do is game playing. For someone with a Masters in communication, she's being stupid.

I just found this story, and am enjoying reading it. However, I just say no one in the story seems to realize Bella is just as big of a coward as she claims Edward to be. It seems she never tried to find out what was happening before he left. She also never tried to let him know how she felt. Also, she doesn't seem to want to believe their time apart wasn't easy for him. I hope you are still writing. Take care, Bunnies
