Thought the fight scene read really well too. You kept it simple and to the point. Some writers get carried away with writing detail which is often hard for the reader to visualize.

Poor Ugluk, never getting his throne of elf-bones, I almost feel sorry for him.

The use of fully twice in the same sentence, 'too exhausted to fully listen and before he could fully make sense', did not read quite right for me.
