Josie Pussycat chapter 5 . 6/14/2002 Ignore the last reviewer, this is a fantastic piece of work. Re-writing Batman is not what you did, you made his character develop, and I appreciate that. And if DC isn’t writing the right version of Batman, then pray tell, who is? I’m a batfan, and I enjoyed being pulled in. From this story I’d say you were a batfan, too. And I can’t help but notice that the last reviewer reviewed from the last chapter, which means that she read the entire huge story before posting her review. Kinda weird, if this is such an awful story for a batfan to read, huh? Josephine |
tracywoo chapter 5 . 6/11/2002 Seems like nobody can write a Batman-Diana fic without totally rewriting Batman. This guy isn't even close to any version of Bruce, and making token references to comic continuity doesn't change that. if you have to make up a new character to make your WW romance work, fine, but you shouldn't call him Batman just to try and pull batfans in. This is what DC does, and they've lost readers that way. We're not that stupid. |
SaNe chapter 5 . 4/22/2002 This is really good! A good story and good grasp of how the characters think! Well-written too! Excellent choice of main characters, Bats and W.W complement each other nicly! More of the same! Please! i'm gonna get the d.t's! ;) |
Vanessa chapter 5 . 4/19/2002 I'm ready for the next installment right now. I absolutely cannot wait to see what happens next. It was fantastic. |
Alice chapter 5 . 4/19/2002 Oh, this was definitely worth the is one of the best fanfictions I've ever read. Please keep writing. |
Ped chapter 5 . 4/18/2002 I love this story... and it ended believably. They're together, but they have space. Why can't TIIC se that Bats and Wondy would make a could Elseworld couple? B/C getting together otherwise would probably make everyone's heads explode. But that could just because we haven't seen Batman in a relationship since Bane broke him in half. |
Papa Wheelie chapter 5 . 4/17/2002 Bang-up job of a conclusion. Well worth the wait! |
maninblack chapter 5 . 4/17/2002 Thank you, Ms. Brook. The last instalment was well worth the wait. After this story, I will not be able to think of the Batman/Wonder Woman relationship without thinking of you. Thank you again. |
The Wobbly Guy chapter 1 . 4/17/2002 Absolutely the best WW fanfic I've ever read! Great characterization and plotting! |
superninja chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 I just love this. Putting the characters at odds, having them find a middle ground, putting them at odds again, and then creating a dramatic ending to the story that still leaves open possibilities? One hell of a story. You really need to consider writing as a career. All the while, your descriptions of the Greek Underworld are mind-blowing. I'd love to see an artist render them. Dying to see it, actually. Batman and Wonder Woman have incredible potential because they're so different, but you found the connection that ties them together. Thanks for writing a story that really delves into their characters. |
Friend chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 Splendid. Well worth the wait. I look forward to your next story. -) |
Tracey Claybon chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 finally got to finish it, and it was worth the wait... yo kept it real, and wrapped it neatly... - but you KNOW there's got to be a sequel, right... Tracey PS - drop me a line privately, too... |
Dalia chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 Let's just call this WW-BM shipper canon! Wow! What an enormous accomplishment. Compelling story, amazing and convincing characterization. Thanks so much for a wonderful job. |
Superfan chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 Finished! At long last! Seriously; thanks, a lot, for completing this story. It seems like unfinished fanfics are gradually becoming the rule, rather than the exception, on this website. And, I would have REALLY HATED IT if this story had wound up one of them. Thank you, once again. |
daniel chapter 5 . 4/16/2002 I'd hate to say this, but, your story just might beat out An Unusual Mission. For best Bruce/Diana shipper fic. How about more stories? Please? |
