| Dalia chapter 2 . 1/20/2002 This is possibly the best fan fic I've ever read. The characterization is compelling, and I like how the story shows the character grows of both Bats and Diana. He is a strong enough man that he should be able to have a relationship with a strong woman and eventually get over his obsession that he can't put someone at risk. After all, he sends children into battle fairly regularly. The control issue is more interesting, but I wonder if the solution is in his idealization of Diana's dream. It must be that hope that keeps them both on the side of angels. |
