What are the wars and events that you will be going threw? Will you be adding other characters from other stories? What other creatures will they encounter? Kagome will be immortal so will sesshoumaru be her lover - though he will not 'love' her? Is this all based in Japan or Around the world? (i believe you said around the world, i think)
