while I'm not sure whether this would be in character, I do love the idea that Hoggle just up and decided to make Jareth and Sarah take the next step in their relationship.

Wonderful

This is a perfect romance one-shot. As much as I love the other stories with their "deep and everlasting love", I enjoy reading something with a bit of action in it too. ;) You captured their bantering perfectly, and their characters came through really well. The added suspense of "who-dun-it" kept me thinking the whole time while reading. Very sneaky, very sneaky indeed! Good job, Hoggle and Sir Didymus. And good job to the writer, too. _

Oh, this was just delightful! I think my favorite line was

"As are my father, step-mother, dog, second-cousin and Aunt Polly. Now can we please get back to how I am going to get home?"
