|Reviews for Weasley Shuffle|
| AsterLea chapter 12 . 7/22/2011
All of these vignettes are amazing! I'm impressed that for all sixty songs you were able to come up with sixty wonderful snapshots of the Weasley family, all with distinct and diverse tones. Definitely favoriting!
PS: I kinda chuckled at the amount of times U2 came up...but there's nothing wrong with that )
| gooseberrie chapter 12 . 2/13/2011
Wow. I cried at practically every one that mentions Fred (he's my favourite Weasley). Especially XXXV, I had to grab a box of tissues and explain quickly to my mum that no, no one had died (well at least no one in reality). Great job :)
| Reba0is0Ahmazing chapter 12 . 8/3/2010
I thought this was super sweet..
| Gonzo76 chapter 12 . 7/25/2010
After *finally* finishing my Book 1 - 7 Harry Potter re-read, I have found myself diving into this section of once again. (It's been a while...) So glad I found these. I recognized most of the songs, and I loved these little vignettes. :-)
| fabricated fantasies chapter 7 . 6/30/2010
This group of stories is just wonderful! The first one is lovely, it really captures the essence of Molly, and all the good things she had. And the last one... you made me feel like crying too! Its so sweet and full of hope and shows the depth of their connection. Good Job!
| ASkyie chapter 7 . 10/7/2009
Hello, I suppose I'm one of the people who haven't been reviewing, but I couldn't resist telling you how much I loved you 15th story here, Fields of Gold (Fred and George)...It was very touching, I actually had tears in my eyes. I am actually working on a story with a similar scene, so maybe that is why it affected me so, but either way, I loved it. :) Great work hun.
| 93 Diagon Alley chapter 10 . 8/11/2009
Oh, these are all so well done, I didn't know which to comment on (for fear of writing way too much each time!)
But I had to, with #50...you made me cry. Your writing makes me love Molly more than I normally do, because you just write her so well. Thank you.
| ShellyHale chapter 12 . 7/15/2009
All made me teary.
It was brilliant.
| ShellyHale chapter 7 . 7/15/2009
Every George and Fred song makes me tear up badly.
I think your wonderful writer.
| Blonde Spirit chapter 12 . 4/28/2009
Oh my, you always find the good ones when you are least expecting it don't you? I thoroughly enjoyed these little ficlets and you have got the Weasley's characters off to a 'tee' IMO. Anyway, really great job, to say what you want to say in a few lines in a gift indeed, off to read some more of your stuff now...:-)
| toskin chapter 7 . 12/8/2008
I know I haven't responded to each chapter (however I don't think you were referring to people like me either in your AN), but I do admire your ability to write anything as short as these snippets that can tell a story. I'm not sure I could write 5 times as much and say anything as meaningful. And then, having to come up with it during a 3-4 minute time period is amazing as well. So, for what it is worth, I enjoy reading these.
| Dejsha chapter 1 . 11/26/2008
Wow Katy, I love Ginny's story and also Molly:d it was amazing, good work sweety
| MischiefManaged007 chapter 12 . 11/1/2008
Gosh, this is genius! Very clever.
I must say, I enjoyed "Fields Of Gold" very much. And "Russians" - very chilling.
Please let there be more?
| WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot chapter 12 . 10/26/2008
I read this, and I can't believe I forgot to leave a review.
Loved the Bill and Fleur one-they needed that spark, that fun in their lives, so they know what they're fighting for.
Yahweh-and I love that song so much, as that entire CD-was so perfect for the last drabble. What a lovely way to tie this together.
I loved Arthur's at the beginning. Because there are two sides to every war, and on each side, the children and parents will be lost. I really loved the idea that Arthur can't quite believe (but yet he can) that the other side fights to make the world better (as they see it) for their children.
The Lee and Fred and George one broke my heart too.
| MBP chapter 12 . 10/19/2008
Katy, you gave me chills when you drew the parallel between Crabbe and Arthur... but you put a lump in my throat with George and Lee being best friends. A superb job, once again.
