|Reviews for A Blessing of Rain|
| Anonymousme chapter 12 . 12/3/2018
Nice well written piece. Keep writing. Not your usual epic, but pretty good anyways. Nice.
| Nicola4Sparkle chapter 12 . 11/3/2015
Beautiful. Absolutely lovely! Thank you.
| xComeAlongPond chapter 12 . 7/1/2015
I love where you've gone with these characters! I've laughed and cried with nearly every story you've written about them. What a masterful job! Aslan always comes out on top, and their faith in Him is strengthened as they face their struggles and triumphs together. I have enjoyed reading all your stories, but this one is probably my favorite (also, Black Dwarfs, Blue River. LOVE that one). Thank you so much for sharing!
| Tauriel chapter 12 . 11/15/2013
Your easy familiarity with elements from all ranges of literature is delightful to read. The easy camaraderie between the brothers is a wonderful escape from the modern perversions love which often appear; and your writing is lovely in and of itself.
| zauberine chapter 12 . 5/3/2013
oh..the story was sooooo great. I really enjoy reading it.. I want to read more stories like this, may be on the girls' side for a change...thank you for sharing this beautiful story...
| Miss mia chapter 12 . 1/17/2013
That last sentence was the perfect, moving ending to this sweet story. Would that you could publish your writings! You are so much more gifted and imaginative than most of the authors getting published today.
| Falln4DarkAngel chapter 12 . 12/26/2012
That last sentence...siiiighhhhh
Such a lovely, lovely fic!
| Account Deactivated-Deleted chapter 12 . 10/26/2012
Awwww... That was so sweet. It was really good. I laughed a lot when those dogs exaggerated Edmund's summon and made Xati run over to them. Also when they sent so many mares to them. Susan's and her ladies' excitement over the wedding was also very funny. But the most amusing was the chef's fight and the five cakes. I liked the way you have explained the draught, Edmunds struggle to write the blessing and the brotherly bonding between Edmund and Peter. WONDERFUL STORY!
| Epsilon Scorpii chapter 12 . 12/31/2011
That was wonderful; entrancing, magical... simply beautiful. :D
| LadyAlambiel chapter 11 . 11/15/2011
Okay, now that I'm done laughing at poor Ed, I have a question. How did Oreius and Kanell come to be friends? I know the muse currently hiding out from you, but is there a story behind how they became friends or rather, if I read this correctly, close or best friends?
| ArbitraryHandle chapter 8 . 7/21/2011
I'm really enjoying the way you have portrayed the growing depth relationship between Peter and Edmund and their character development across your stories.
I would be fascinated to read how they handle returning through the wardrobe, the lack of responsibility at the Professors and then returning to the routine of a boarding school with the memories of all they have done in Narnia. I suspect, though I would need to wait until you have revealed their fully adult characters post dealing with Rabadash and with their teenage 'giant traumas' being ancient history - as they must be for Lucy and Ed to be light-hearted in Tashban in canon HHB while Peter is fighting Northern giants
| Rose Unspindle chapter 3 . 4/9/2011
Yay Neville shows up again!
Weddings, I'm a girl and still don't understand the fuss.
How old are the Pevensie's in this fic, I've quite lost track.
| Fierce Queen chapter 12 . 5/14/2010
Probably my last review for the week!
Oh! The wedding was beautiful! And Peter is back to being himself. It was a great way to end the fic. Job well done.
Hope you continue to write, and may Aslan push that writer's block out of your head if need be. :)
| Fierce Queen chapter 11 . 5/14/2010
Hehe, Oreius has to escort the boys to make sure they don't wander off, hehehe. I love that little "battle" between the boys and their valets, and how Oreius got dragged into it. Great! Emotional moment! And a well timed one too. *sighs happily* Peter's back! Good job on this one!
| Fierce Queen chapter 10 . 5/14/2010
Another good chapter! It's okay to write the first blessing you've done adlib, Edmund, I'd do it too. I love the image I get of the dagger, and Lu's reaction to it. Poor Lu and the cakes :) I bet it got all eaten anyway. Good job!
