Your timeline for him learning wandless magic doesn't seem to add up. He just manages to complete the wandless lumos charm at the end of fourth year. In his fifth year his studies suffered from his lack of sleep and focus due to Voldemort's harassment, but he put effort into doing well on his OWLs. Then, he was thrown in Azkaban and you mention he was unable to retake his history exam.

And then magically: "So, by the time he completed the last year, he was nearly as proficient in wandless magic as he was in normal wand casting magic."

The word "so" should be preceded by an explanation that would imply the things that succeed by it, but what I see here is an explanation of why he wouldn't be good at wandless magic followed by a statement saying he is good at it.

I know it’s been a long time, but I have just found this story and read the part where Gabby mind raped Harry and I am super upset about the way the bond went down. He’s at a business meeting, gets assaulted, mind raped, and tied up. In response to this, an abused boy says, “go ahead and leave me tied up while you take off my shirt to get at my potions kit that none of you know about and I’ll be calm and just talk to you”? I don’t think so. You don’t just calm down after rape and let it go. He should be using his wand less magic to blow that place up and leave. He was literally willing to walk into death but he’s happy to just be, “I’m now complete”. I don’t buy it. When Gabby says, “I can give you anything you ever want” he should say, “I want my free will back!” And left. Rape is rape even if magic tries to make it seem like it’s ok. This is the worst thing I have ever read.
