tough i also like the other fic, something with "fire"in its name, this one also catches my fancy. im conflicted on which i prefer. but it matters not, it all depends on what you rather write i guess.

Very original and interesting. While I have seen fics with Naruto being sabotaged I think this is the first one with it being systematic. Also liked the secretary being an agent of Danzo, having it not be a highly placed person that does the most damage is very realistic.

Like the idea with Naruto infiltrating Root. Don't know how realistic it is with Roots normal training methods usually being rather hellish, but I suppose if Sandaime were to keep tabs on Naruto then Danzo couldn't afford to completely disappear Naruto and that would moderate the training they could give him.

Please tell me Naruto will learn Kage Bushin, because I hate Naruto when he can do the normal Bushin which in reality he can't do it unless he never had the Kyuubi inside him.

Wow, I was wondering where you were gonna go with this story. I thought maybe you might have him train under ANBU maybe as Ibiki's apprentice but I didn't think this is the route you would go. I've read summeries about Naruto going to Root but never as a spy for Sarutobi though. This is interesting; I look forward to the next one!
