Lalala chapter 1 . 5/16/2020 This was perfect. Short yet so perfect. Thank you! It's heartbreaking but it will always be a possibility since Orb comes first for Cagalli. The title is also fitting. Read the title again and again after reading the fic. So sad yet so perfect. Well done! |
Hinaju98 chapter 1 . 4/28/2019 C'est si profond. J'ai vraiment aimé. Tu as une belle plume. |

doWHTVRdHELLuwant69 chapter 1 . 7/7/2014 Uh Hi. This story of yours is one of my favorites. No doubt. That's why I've suggested it to be used as our graphic novel adaptation for our school project. However, without your consent I may not obviously and definitely can't make it forward. :) I did sign up here just to contact such a great writer like you- signed up only today :D Hoping you'd give your consent. This is one great moving story I've ever read. Thank you. |

mysticalphoenix-avalon chapter 1 . 2/4/2014 This piece is so beautifully sad. I love it. Thank you very much Paola. |
Aranel S chapter 1 . 6/16/2013 Beautifully written. I could actually imagine an ending as such for them. Bittersweet. It always seemed like them being together is not an easy path. But nevertheless, it's a hauntingly beautiful path. Not sure if you are still writing GS stories but you have a wonderful flair for it and hope you keep it up :) |
drifting-anima chapter 1 . 6/12/2013 I've always been a fan of "more narration, less dialogue," and you pretty much nailed it. However, I found the first part of the narration as "dragging", because there's a lot of lines for emphasizing the context that at some point the repetition has become quite distracting. Nevertheless, it still helped with the development of the story, since it spelled out the differences of "now" and "then". It stuck with the title, and the theme was consistent; so, kudos to that. Also, these paragraphs really struck me: "Another heartbeat of silence fills the room before she speaks again, "Did you ever love me, Athrun?" "No," he easily replies, kissing her hand. "I did more than that. I still do." It was brilliantly written, and it really eased me. At first I thought they were having a "friends with benefits" sort of thing until I reached the part where it said, "she didn't mind spending," but I had a speculation it's not the real deal. It's amazing how you pulled out her disease in a fluid way without surprising the readers. Overall, this is well-written. Congratulations :) |
Thorn Dream chapter 1 . 4/28/2013 This is so sad! But it's so beautifully written! I can't say anything anymore... This is just too...bittersweet... |
journey826 chapter 1 . 4/14/2013 ITS TOOO SAD ! T.T T.T T.T but so sweet. |
Neptune47 chapter 1 . 9/14/2012 I haven't read a GS/D fic in a long time-and this was the perfect read after that hiatus. Beautifully written, and so true to both of the characters. Everything builds so well to that emotional ending. |
CookieMonkeyPoney chapter 1 . 1/10/2012 This was beautiful, it definitely brought tears. :') |
manycolouredeyes chapter 1 . 1/20/2011 *cries*! I love it! The ending was such an unexpected twist and you wrote it nicely. I love stories with twists. Especially angst. |
