cjn chapter 1 . 10/27/2012
XD This sooooo made my day :)

I loved this so much.

And I don't think I want to know what recent experience this is based off of...

Loved the piranha, btw. Mycroft's reaction was probably priceless. :P

I haven't been reading as many of your fic lately, but now I remember why I enjoy them so much.

Keep writing!

(Now I'm going to find out what happened to Watson's bullpup. I've been meaning to read that one for weeks...)
Tabitha 12 chapter 1 . 9/13/2012
Oh Lordy, I don't know how I missed this one - but I found it and was laughing so hard I was crying! As a cat lover myself, (I have five!) the imagery was so great, and yet so familiar! (Like the time I woke up one morning and found my two kittens (sisters) climbing up my lace curtains...) This is priceless! I just love it!
Book girl fan chapter 1 . 8/29/2012

xXSourApplesXx chapter 1 . 9/28/2010
Epic is an under statement! Good job keep it up!
GlassAngel chapter 1 . 6/19/2010
Oh my goodness so adorable! I have cats, and just went through the ordeal of a tiny, tiny kitten, so I can sympathize completely with sharp claws. Poor Watson, getting that one stuck on his tassel, and poor Holmes-didn't know what hit him! ;) And that was great, how he sent them to Mycroft. Oh boy. I loved this!
Mariagoner chapter 1 . 12/29/2009
This was hilarious and so, so sweet at the same time! Such fun.
shadowwolf chapter 1 . 10/5/2009

KylaRyan chapter 1 . 8/26/2009
This story has inspired me to write a story in which Watson rescues an orphaned kitten...those things are LOUD when they want something (one of my cats has been with my family since she was 12 days old). I hope you don't mind.

Also, I quite love your story...everything you write, actually. You and
Sarai chapter 1 . 2/24/2009
LOL, thanks. Almost choaked on a Girl Scout cookie.

i forgot something...*ahem*

*sings*

All God's critters got a place in the choir-

Some sing low, some sing higher,

Some sing out loud on the telephone wire,

And some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got. Now...

Listen to the bass, it's the one on the bottom

Where the bullfrog croaks and the hippopotamus

Moans and groans with a big t'do,

And the old cow just goes "Moo."

The dogs adn the cats they take up the middle,

While the honeybee hums and the cricket fiddles.

The donkey brays and the pony neighs

And the old coyote howls.

All God's critters got a place in the choir-

Some sing low, some sing higher,

Some sing out loud on the telephone wire,

And some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got. Now...

Listen to the top where the little birds sing

On the melodies with the high notes ringing.

The hoot owl hollers over everything,

And the jaybird disagrees.

Singing in the nighttime, singing in the day,

The little duck quacks, then he's on his way.

The possum ain't got much to say,

And the porcupine talks to himself.

All God's critters got a place in the choir-

Some sing low, some sing higher,

Some sing out loud on the telephone wire,

And some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got. Now...

It's a simple song of living sung everywhere

By the ox and the fox and the grizzly bear,

The grumpy alligator and the hawk above,

The sly raccoon and the turtledove.

All God's critters got a place in the choir-

Some sing low, some sing higher,

Some sing out loud on the telephone wire,

And some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got NOW!

...

*runs and hides* ;)
bcbdrums chapter 1 . 1/6/2009
*finally gets to this* aww...that makes me feel all...fuzzy, lol. simply adorable.

you write so vividly. your attention to detail with things such as that street sign raining stray drops on watson, or holmes's door slamming damaging the wall, make the story that much more alive.

also your verb choice-watson yanking a kitten off his dressing gown is very effective.

and what a subject! kittens in baker street...no indeed, they would neither be welcome nor safe. and yet it works so very well. and alfie is always a delight to see...

an instant fave, my dear! brilliant as always.
Kaytori chapter 1 . 10/7/2008
That was great! HAHA *must breath* HAHAHA AH.

Wonder what Mycroft's immediate reaction was...
