Promising start, but then it tries too hard too fast.
1) The Captor seems omni-potent and seriously screwed the balance of the world. I mean, if he can barge in and piss on Dumbles (that impersonation trick is a spit in the face) and Voldi (by killing off his "nemesis" in recreational game) simultaneously, where have he been all these years and why he's not such a prominent figure in the world already? You can't just magic up an OC like that out off the blue. Unless it's escaped Grindelwald juiced up on elixir of life or something.
2) HP is seriously OP. Going from some a teenager who fought in DoM and couldn't protect his godfather to a second Merlin who wandlessly pushes multi-ton cattle around.
3) Chehov's gun on point, we have elves mention Galleon ship as filled with bad wizards and Hagrid mention how to handle hair bulls and that he delivers them to the ship for some reason (after hearing how school groundskeeper sells these beasts on one way trip there, I'm less surprised that involuntary blood game exists and is tolerated in that world.)
So obviously we then have HP on a ship forced by bad wizards to fight against these bulls. Duh.
4) The world is too rotten AU. They wouldn't be able to hush up his death in the game with HP status as TBWL and so many witnesses. And the ship has "important" status like everyone who is anyone visits it? Either all shit will go loose and Magical Britain goes their version of Interpol (which makes no sense because how it didn't happen before in centuries since that thing still exists) on the subject or kidnapping minors and killing them off for amusement in front of international nobility is somehow an appropriate and within reason in that universe and that's just... what.

It's kinda short and unfinished and I highly doubt it'll give away the only intriguing thing it has going (identity of captor and this new magic trick of secondary plane) but I'll give it a go because why not.
Also, this secondary plane strongly resembles Sumrak (Twilight) from Night Watch, don't think I haven't noticed.

Why don't delete FFN abandoned and unfinished stories?

Absolutely brilliant piece of fiction. One of the finest works that I've ever read. Unfortunately seems to be abandoned, but an extremely memorable fanfiction.

I LOVE the Other Side and the way you've depicted Harry. The magic system is so intriguing and the Galloping Galleon arc was fantastic! The dynamic between Tonks and Harry is great, they have so much chemistry.

Love how all the water spirits have their own personality! There's honestly so much I could go on about. Can't believe it took this much time for me to stumble upon this gem.

Wherever you are and whatever you're doing, cheers mate! Hats off.

Holy, how have I not found this story sooner. The world building is amazing harry learning for the sake of doing is amazing. Fighting evil things, scaring the shit out of people. It's so good. I totally binged this in 2 days. Hope to see more.

I hope, when Harry grants his...skin suit to his water-buddy, Frankstein allusions are abundant. At least have a random lightning strike (even through that was a trope perpetrated by the various adaptions of the original novel, not the original itself) when Karakash joins with his body. Oh, and is it weird I kinda think of Karakash kinda like how the dragon in BBC's Merlin is (while I only saw a season or two, I remember hearing or thinking about the dragon being helpful but not necessarily because hes good). Oh, and since I just read a KHR fanfic, I just thought of the skin suit looking like Reborn's suit (when he's at his proper size)...and now I just thought of Crowley or various other demons from the tv show Supernatural...

okay, I'll stop here before I end up imagining Karakash cosplaying/acting as other character (like Kyuubi/Kuruma or the other bijuu from Naruto...)
