Goddang it Sam, why would Dean call you on HIS birthday? People don't even do that with people on good terms, because they want to see if they're going to do it on their own. And since your sort of estranged, he's definitely not calling because he thinks your mad at him. (I really want a scene where Sam finds out that Dean drew up the papers.) I'm just thinking about Dean getting custody happening in canon and Sam never knowing about it. After he turned 18, would he have ever found out about it? In any digging of info? Because Dean and John definitely aren't going to say anything.

I enjoyed reading your story! It's cool that they have CPS and the principal on their side for a change. I also love that Jhon and Sam are doing their best here not to upset Dean because they don't want to be at the receiving end of his temper. it's just so funny, great job!
P.S: i like that you showed how smart Dean is. I think he is smarter than he let's on. He was really the one who holds their family together and I thank you for showing it through this story!

Got a feelings its gonna be sam getting hurt either by bullies or some dicks which is annoying in a dean centric community yet seems way more focused on sam then dean soooo disappointing.

I enjoyed reading this story. Please keep in mind that some states require teachers to report suspicion of child abuse or neglect. They risk losing their license if they do not.

I love 'your' Dean, he is such a sweer big brother! I like it that all people in you story have a lot of facets and more than one big character-traide, like real people. Their motives and relationships are different for each individual and I love it that you can recognices in the way you write whose perspective it is at the moment as well as the way they think and formulate their thoughts and speaking changes for the perspective. The conclusions about the things happening as well as other characters have always a solid link to the characters history and/or what knowledge they gain at the moment through observations. The characters also react according to this and I didn't feel any of them act out of character.
I also like it that John is a human and not just an ars*hole who doesn't think.
Little Sam was sweet and I like it that he isn't an obnoxious and ignorant dumb teen but can see reasons and cares.
