Had anyone else almost forgotten about the reason they were out there? *looks around for hands* I cant believe I almost forgot. Great ending. In fact, great chapter...fave line: "He’ll get them to dry land if he has to part the sea to do it!” Heck yeah he will. We're talking about Gibbs here.

Oh, now that's a good cliff hanger! Really want to see how this turns around. And I kinda hope Tony does remember being spoon fed .. its good that he trusts Gibbs that much .. and I loved the bit about McGee's food badge and Tony still being Tony enough to whine about no bananas.

As always, Laine, your writing is great. I loved how you switched back and forth between each scene.

Now I hope they bring out the big guns for rescue. The copters would be a big help and maybe see the fire. I hope they aren't to far off course. But why haven't they found Jefferies. Duh, sorry he's on the goat..lol...Lam. Had to bring a Ziva joke in. Anyway, Gibbs is good still knows his stuff. The fruit he found, though tropical fruit in the ocean so close to DC, wonder how far they drifted. But lucky since he couldn't find water he found the coconuts. I'm glad Tony is feeling a bit better but fevers spike at night. His lungs are getting worse and he has to have pneumonia from the injured lungs from theY-Petis. And poor Gibbs is still having trouble with the concussion but that should be gone soon.

I know the bad guys will find them first since Jefferies has a plan and I sure hope that the S&R teams realize to look at the current that day to figure which way the current would take Gibbs and Tony. Excellent and can't wait for more. Sue

Neat story! You can't let Tony resign...not after all Gibbs has done for him! Sounds like Tony is on the mend, but Gibbs dizziness and nausea don't sound good...if needed, I hope Tony's well enough to care for his boss! Keep it coming!

Wow! This story rocks! Has the emotional turmoil, the drama, great dialogue and character interactions, humour, dispicable bad guys. You can't let Tony leave though, okay?

No Tony you don't want to do that! Another great chappie. I loved how Gibbs took care of Tony without Tony realizing it. Looking forward to some more action, but I'm guessing in that in the state that both Gibbs and Tony are in there won't be any for awhile.

I feel like I'm watching an episode of NCIS. Only better than what's usually on TV. You have captured the characters amazingly well and this is a delight to read. Keep going and write faster I want to know how it all works out.
