I think the action scenes are the best part; your level of descriptiveness works really well in them. Watch out for your tense shifting, though.

First thing I have to say: This is really good! I haven't watched 24 before (I've only seen bits and pieces of it whilst flipping channels) but I understand how the show works. It's a crossover that I don't think a lot of people would have thought of, but it seems to work well, especially with a high speed/high tension story like one of Lightning's races.

I love your writing style, especially when the DRH approach Radiator Springs. I wonder how badly they're going to deface the welcome sign!

Are Bill and Sarah characters from 24 or are they OC's? The part with the bird was funny. I also liked how you introduced the other characters, Jack and Pierre, and gave the backstory of how they came to work together, and the detail of their appreanace both on the job and undercover. I've never heard of Yuri's make and model, but he does sound like a formidable enemy.

The final scene was really well written. There was a lot of action in a very short amount of time but you pulled it off well. I'd love to see what you have planned next for us soon!
