I love this story so much even the second time reading it. I cried so much during the dances with her uncles and when she never woke up on the way home from the wedding and when she died and mer’s reaction

This is the second time reading this story and yet here I am crying as much as I did the first time I read it

ok, I definitely wish you were one of the writers for the show! I love your writing and how you include all the characters even though it does have a main character focus! I wish this could happen more often in the show and in fanfiction.

BTW, thank you so much for including Alex...I've noticed that writers won't included him or at least not as much...he is my favorite male character on the show.

This story is just too flawless. Your writing is simple yet beautiful, the characters are perfect and every chapter is perfect. On the second part of the story, I couldn't get through a chapter without crying like a baby. This should really be a movie. It's brilliant.

I'm re-reading this story and I feel like crying! They still have no clue about what they are going to go through :( Poor Lyss...

I'm not usually reading MerDer stories but I decided to give this one a try. And I'm really glad I did because your story was amazing. The deaths of Lyss, Chase and Lucy were heartbreaking and the moments Lyss shared with her family were so sweet! I almost cried when she decided to give up. It was one of the most touching fan fictions I ever read. Maybe one of the best here.

Still, there's one thing I want to mention. Lyss's character was too much perfect. She was the best at dancing, singing, playing sports and acting of all of her friends, and her relatives kept talking about how Lyss was different than her siblings. Even Izzie and Alex seemed to like Lyss more than Dylan and Ali. I'm not trying to be rude and mean, I'm just giving some feedback for the next time ;)

Of course, that was only a small detail. Other than that the story was perfect and you should keep writing and making more and more stories because you're amazing to that. Thanks!

this is really oddly written and really hard to follow sorry!

I can totally see why Chase was killed off as a plot device, though I wish you hadn't done it all the same :( I suspect that this will send Lyss into a deep depression, now the only question is, will she be able to pull herself back from the abyss before her body and spirit gives up? Since he's gone, I wonder if she'll be able to keep holding on. Perhaps the other friends she made from the support group can help her through it.

I WOULD SO READ THAT! I adored Lyss and all the original Shepherd's, and I miss them so much! Please write that! It would be a story where Lyss survives, yes? I'M ON BOARD!

Also, I've been wondering for a while, how many kids did Izzie and Alex have in this? I know they had Dylan and Ali, but did they have other kids, what were their names, ages, etc?
