Okay, the premise of Light having a twin brother would be amusing if it was done correctly. That's a rather big IF, and unfortunately you didn't hit the mark. I did like the 'King of Shinigami' idea, and I think you could do a lot with it, as well as his special Death Note. That's about where my praise ends. Light's twin Dark, according to your story, pretty much comes in out of nowhere and practically ends the series singlehandedly by possessing the ultimate weapon as well as knowing L's true identity, having grown up with him. Another hole with that was the fact that, despite Light's family being sworn to secrecy, what kept L from letting on that he knew Light's brother after they met? Another minor problem was with the design of "Blud" I understand he's the king of Shinigami, but how much blood can you get on one character? Blood hair, blood colored Deathnote, eating blood bananas, (which I'm not sure exist) with his name being very similar to the word blood. I'm sure you could be a little more original than this. Lastly, one glaring error I believe you've made is in Light's father killing L. Not only is L the unofficial leader of crime fighting orginizations all over the world, Light's dad personally worked with him on the Kira case. I can't think of a single probable reason why he would kill him. Not to mention that Dark, the L to be, would just be perfectly fine with his reuinited twin being the most hated and feared criminalistic vigilante in the world. Much less that Light would out and whisper it to him minutes after meeting the heir to his biggest and most dangerous rival. I think your story could go in a good direction, however it needs to be relooked and better thought out. Best of luck with your future works!
