Cool start off to your story. The minute Bruce meets Sirius, is he gonna mistake him for Jim? And Bruce is Harry's dad, but who is his mom? Selina? Diana? Vicki? And how is Harry gonna keep the SECRET under wraps?

a very interesting start, I've only seen a few fusions like this with harry being adopted by bruce, which does make sense since bruce does have a canonical soft spot for orphans, I do love that wards were set up around the Cave and fun that Bruce's own mental training was able to hold up against Dumbledore's attempts at legilimency, I admit to wincing a smidge at harry's assestment of hermione, not becuase it was off, if anything it was spot on, I just forget that hermione at eleven was more than beyond a bit pushy and in serious need of better social skills, and I admit that harry's immediate connection to tracy makes me sulk a smidge, but blame that on my inner harmonian and ignore completely please
harry seems very cool and collected, which is awesome, and nice touch bringing in characters like the Stranger and the Specter and Dr. Fate, usually people only touch on Dr. Fate perhaps and Zatanna
I admit to being curious how the traditional HP world is different since the justice league is running around with very obvious magic users, does that take a special sort of license to be a magic super hero or something so people don't realize that magic is a lot more common than they think?
interesting story, curious to see how it'll go

A well written Start into a crossover story with the one classical superhero without any superpowers. Classy and with everything the setting needs or implies it's nice to see how the four years in PROPER care have changed Harry.
If this ever will continue to grow into a multichapter story i've got the feeling that Dumbledore will never end to freak me out. The old goatbrains simply doesn't get it that his precious little plans aren't the most important thing on earth just because he can't be bothered to see the people behind the chess figures he constantly moves around. It's infuriating to watch how he is able to twist everything into the worldview he already had, say Snape's behavior. Poor little boy... er poorly mannered petty man...
I like how Harry is sorted into Hufflepuff and sets of the next day to prove this loyalty when he states that he IS Harry Wayne, never doubt that! :) Well if the headmaster had wanted a fiercely loyal potter spawn he might have send him into a house where he would have learned about what that meant... Now he's a Wayne and i'd laugh my ass off if that would turn around some day to bite every short sighted blood supremacist that would despise batman just on the cause of "he's only a muggle" in the arse, say because Wayne is a distant squib ast of the Gryffindor family tree (I don't know if the coat of arms of Bruce's father is known? when they were landed gentry from Wales with a manor worth importing into their new motherland they sure as hell HAD some, why not the gryffin?)
It's also interesting how you started a friendship with Tracey, Millicent, Hermione and Neville mixing the both extremist houses with Harry's hufflepuffness...
As i've said.. a grandiose start into a story, a long path to go to end Harry's journey and a hell of a job to do until he will live up to the words that he may have another destiny after the obvious one of killing Voldemort... But i sure as hell would like to read it. Someday. Maybe?

Show more and tell less (at some parts). Try not to overabuse flashbacks, especially when they are just telling and not showing anyways.
I have to wonder, if Harry never admits to anything but being a Wayne, and lacks the scar, why would he still have to field questions about being Harry Potter?

Oh, my, *this* Harry is going to be quite the shcok to Dumbles and company and I suspect his already honed abilities are going to severely disconcert Albus and Severus especially. Of course, if they had any idea who his adopted father was, they'd tread very, very lightly, but since they don't, and likely wouldn't believe it if they were told, it's going to be interesting seeing them run up against various surprises in Harry's abilities and training.

Interesting to finally review something you wrote instead of the other way around.
Firstly, your writing is solid, nicely styled, but there are several issues regarding the actual content. I appreciate the wordplay in the title, but it is a bit garbled. Put a common between Knight and Light?
The plot device to bring Batman to London was kind of weak - he had to sign a contract in person, and you declined to offer a reason as to why aside from eccentricity, which is not a good explanation.
The abusive Dursleys are here in full force, but I won't comment further, given how commonplace it is. It is crucial to getting Harry adopted by Bruce, so I guess there isn't much I can say.
The CAPS lock, such as MISSION and BAT, is something that can be done without. Just capitalizing the first letter would do the trick, I think.
The major problem is that you have the hook, but you don't deliver on it. This is what I call the SilverAegis syndrome, you have one original idea, the crossover. That's it. Your story is then completely overwhelmed by canon passages with minor alterations and as if those weren't enough, fandom cliches.
The prejudiced Snape has been done to death and beyond. You won't do favors to any reader whatsoever, not Snape lovers _or_ Snape haters. The former will dislike for the obvious reason, but hating Snape like I do doesn't mean wanting to read the cliched Harry-is-spoiled speech, specifically to get beaten up and have the truth broken to him.
Dumbledore is manipulative, and he does not come off as unique to justify that like IP82 did in his story Potter's Resistance, even if I DID like him seeing just the image of a bat in Batman's mind. That was a great touch, even if I don't understand how a Muggle knew Occlumency.
As for the canon retreads, there are minor alterations that I can understand. He meets different characters, gets Sorted into a different House. It doesn't change the fact that they are overdone, but it is legitimate.
However, that years since canon retelling even became cliches, people are still incorporating the dinner, Sorting, meeting with Draco and boating scenes, and several lines of dialogue lifted straight out of the book, is baffling.
If even the cliches and the tedious canon scenes were removed, this would be a much better read. I could skim through them, but this is something that should be dealt with by the author instead of the reader. You have an extensive Favorites List, so you know what ideas are cliches and which are not. At this point I do not think there is much to adopt - a Batman crossover with the standard meeting with Dumbledore, glimpse into a different childhood, scenes tacked onto a Hufflepuff!Harry story.

I actually see a lot of potential here and I do hope you continue the story. I would have to say that you've done a good job of illustrating how different Harry Potter is from Harry Wayne. Personally, it seems to me that the generic Harry Potter these days rules fanfiction and that even the more AU or OOC characters still resemble how Harry would have been growing up. What could use some improvement is expansion on the finer points and details about events taking place. It seems that you could have a real winner here, if you really decided to work on this fic. It has possibilities and there aren't that many similar fics out there.
