ggf1 chapter 3 . 2/18 I love reading Labyrinth stories every once in a while. This one was great. Thanks |
Blueberry Babe chapter 3 . 4/11/2023 Great thanks |
zaramantha chapter 3 . 10/16/2022 What an amazing story! The world you built is so detailed, and answered so many questions I didn’t know I had, so now I’ll just take it as canon. The gold grass, the masquerade crystal, little Chick, the goblin lore, Karen’s POV….. all just fascinating, thank you! |
Jillian chapter 3 . 1/16/2021 I love this. And I love the crossovers with HP and SG1, too :D I'd love to see a follow up of Nasir settling in |
QueenTatooine chapter 3 . 10/27/2020 a very interesting story. i love how she is His equal in every way. you have a number of possible one shoes you could do in this worlds. so much flashing Or. but it also stand good alone. Thank you for sharing |
Gloria chapter 1 . 10/9/2020 Powerful ending and absolutely perfect. |
My Father's Daughter chapter 1 . 9/19/2020 Really enjoyed this first part! Jareth’s kingly smugness and his adorable fondness for Toby were a delight to read. I found myself unexpectedly enthralled by Sarah’s painting process, too. Do those techniques of mixing glitter/sand with paint legit work for achieving texture? Makes me want to break out a paintbrush. Great job making all the little details interesting! |
TheWelcomeStranger chapter 3 . 6/11/2020 Thanks for writing this, a beautiful, truly magical world and so multidimensional compared to the majority of J/S fics. And your characters had so much depth. |
palmtreehead chapter 2 . 5/22/2020 That was amazing world-building. I absolutely love your explanation of goblin types and how fae magic is so very different. Also love Sarah stabilising Jareth because she can see multiple perspectives and walk many paths at once - I totally get why she’s confused why someone else can’t blend reality and fantasy - I worked at a fairy shop while studying science/engineering, some of the other fairies were in the army reserves and studied law/completed an electrician’s apprenticeship. So I am a firm believer that reality and fantasy should live side-by-side and mingle as much as possible! Thanks for sharing |
palmtreehead chapter 1 . 5/21/2020 Wow really interesting. I liked the sympathetic take on Karen, and Sarah being self-aware. Felt quite sorry for Jareth suffering with his heart elsewhere. Thanks for sharing |
CluelessPaige chapter 3 . 3/26/2020 You have a gift and I desperately admire how you've worked to create this exceptional story! I enjoyed every moment of it! |
Guest chapter 3 . 3/18/2020 Thank you. I'm glad you continued. It's interesting. I like that you add a little backstory. I find the Jereth perspective to give a bit in the way of why he's drawn to Sarah and how other. I admit I hate him a little less for perusing a minor when he had trouble even keeping within one timeline. I find Sarah's rejection of false dichotomies interesting. I find Karen's perspective touching. I do think that a date isn't the only thing a teenage girl might want time alone for. I do think it's an interesting way to view the Sarah Karen relationship, that would give logistical support and a little blind faith. Being a parent of a child who deals with magical kingdoms would be hard. It's a different take than quite a number. I think there are different akes on Fey, you chose one to add and contrast to Jereth and Sarah. Many stories Jereth is fey. Interesting difference in having him be a goblin as well as rule. It makes sense he sustains the labrinth. I take it as implied the food was from the endless plains as well as labyrinth. I also like how Sarah gets a new citizen and chooses the deal to be a gift for Jereth and allow a poet to explore an underused part of himself that he gave up. The giving up dreams to win labyrinth is sad. |
Sakihinata chapter 3 . 12/5/2019 Three points of view for this story, and I really liked it~~ |
