It's been a while since I've read anything in the Labyrinth fandom that was this good! There's good character development; I'm pleased to read a version of Karen that isn't the wicked step mother.

Fantastic! I love the idea of Sarah brazenly recruiting an actual ruler - aboveground, no less! - to come and work for her. “Your grandson is great, but it’s you I want to take back to my kingdom and install as a member of my council.” *laughs uproariously*

That was so cute. I do like how not marrying Jareth was never an option. I also liked the detailing of how he knew Sarah. Most stories I have come across simple ignore the fact that her room was riddled with Labyrinth creatures and also that the owl was watching her run lines in the park. I also like that the lines didn't have the normal affect of actually ending the spell because I've always thought they were tailored to her journey because of the book not that they were always meant to be used.

I like the style of this story quite a bit.

Please, please write more on these! Lol - I know they're oneshots, but they flow so well together. It's a different and interesting twist on the whole J/S relationship, and I'd love to see it explored further!

I have heard of Labyrinth but I've never seen it. I would have skipped this story but I figured that since it was written by you it must be good. I was right, and now I want nothing more than to go out to blockbuster and rent Labyrinth.

You made the characters come alive and I am so curious about what happened in the labyrinth.

This story is really great. You did an incredible job of creating an imaginative story that stays true to the fairy tale-ish feel of the original movie. I love the way you described the plains with enough detail to paint a strong mental picture but you left the small details up to the imagination of the reader. I also really liked the Sarah-Jareth interactions. They are being believable and mature, and they are acting consistently and creating great three dimensional characters. This story is really great and I look forward to anything else you come up with for it.

Aw. Lovely closing conversation. I was uncertain when I skimmed the first chapter since I am iffy on the movie, The movie did not work for me and the first chapter could not quite hold my interest. This second chapter however is just gorgeous. Pulled me in and kept me. Just wonderful work.

This story was utterly charming. I loved your refreshing take in giving Sarah her own independence and kingdom. The kingdom sounds beautiful.
