This crossover is really great! Sarah's POV is such a wonderful mix of the child that she was and the woman she is becoming. That little hint of ruthlessness and cruelty is going to serve her well during her courtship and rulership.

I am utterly serious. I've been a fan of the movie since before I could spell Labyrinth and I've been reading fan fiction related to it ever since I found . If this isn't one of the best Labyrinth fanfics I've read then I have no memory for stories. And it's certainly among the top five representations of a teenage Sarah post-Labyrinth.

Other than a few basic errors (lesions instead of lessons, spellchecker's really annoying) I don't see anything wrong. I really hope this series develops enough for you to write more. If so I promise to read it faithfully.

Wow, that's the first Labyrinth story I've read, and I must say a good one. You captured the spirit of the characters and kept it succinct but complete. Really nice work.

A worthwhile read.

This style works just as well, unhurried and captures the atmosphere brilliantly. I still liked the character interactions though, along with Sarah's thoughts on the smirk/scowl ratio and on Karen. '...tried to be ordinary and understanding for Karen... just needed the proper introduction to the fantastic in the world.'

I haven't watched the film yet, but even for me the interactions and the images you painted were so vivid that already I wish that this was how the end of the movie would play, the characters are such a wonderful mixture of real and fantastic, especially Jareth and loved how she didn't so much as say No as Not Now!
