I love this. You got the goblin king just right. He's otherworldly and dangerous but fun too. And it's so cool seeing how Sarah has matured into a ruler who can be an equal partner to him.

You've built your world very well. Your descriptions of Sarah and Jareth's connections to their lands seems to describe how well you know your world. I enjoyed your descriptions of magic and how it varied between races, it was very unique. I'd love to see where you take this.

I absolutely love this! I know it says complete, but I do hope you add a third. I love that you didn't follow the 'norm' of Jareth being fae. This is such an original story...love her being his equal rather than below him.

This second chapter of the story isn't your personality type, or at least Sarah isn't because Jareth still is. It's MY personality type. I'm stuck between 'the hell?' and congrats!

Parenthetically, Sarah adopting Roselyn should have been a clue but it wasn't because one of my friends is a Roselyn and tries to adopt Jareths. And of course I'm a Sarah in between.

Another thing that's ... peculiar in your story is lesser goblins. There's two possible interpretations, and in one interpretation lesser goblins evolving to regular goblins is possible. And in the other interpretation, it's insane even to try. But in the former interpretation there's 11 stages, and in the latter exactly 3 categories.

I really love this story!

This is one of the two Labyrinth fics I really, truly enjoy. The line "my kingdom as great" always sounded like the one with so much potential for story and I think you have fulfilled, if not every inch of that, at least a very large portion. The characters also feel real, and the tension between them works; it feels like real chemistry. Thanks for writing this!

This is one of the best Labyrinth fanfictions that I have been lucky enough to stumble across. The way you write the characters- well, they actually feel like the characters, not some fan on misinterpretation of them. Sadly, that ability seems quite rare. Thank you for this lovely little fic.
