This is definitely one of my most favorite ItaSaku story. Some of my favorite stories have really awesome plot but the pacing seemed a bit rushed to me, which is so sad because those stories had so much potential. This story is exactly what I was searching for, you really took your time to flesh out your plot and the relationship between the characters. Thank you so much for all your time and effort in keeping this great pacing. I loved how you pictured the characters in your story. They were super in-character, especially Team 7. But you outdid yourself with Itachi. I totally fell in love with him. Him sacrificing his happiness so that Sasuke could be happy really hurt me, but that is something that canon!Itachi would have definitely done…
Him sealing the scroll in Sasuke was a real surprise to me. I would have never figured it out. Considering that Sasuke was 8 at that time, it really showed just how much Itachi trust and faith he had in Sasuke becoming a strong shinobi.
Thank you so much for this wholesome story. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely re-read it in the future.
