| Kingswallow chapter 25 . 4/6/2013 Quite possibly one of the most poignant of all DBZ fics I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I admire your exploration of the characters, their spiderweb of relationships, and events in the canon story in order to extrapolate such a moving, believable piece such as this. Your manipulation of every element of his story - from the characters to the plot - was superb. Absolutely wonderful. I find that plenty of fanfiction, and staggeringly, the DBZ fandom in particular, is left wanting in the spectrum of human emotion. Personable, engaging, relatable emotion should be the inspiration and lifeblood of all fanfiction, and yet it frequently falls to the wayside. Not this fic, however. It's pieces like this that remind me why I started reading fanfiction, and continue to do so. Again, well done. Now, onto the sequel for me. |
