Fascinating beginning. I love Zelazny's CoA so it's nice to see it expanded here. Harry being a Prince will certainly change his destiny although he could still go back and defeat Voldemort. In fact, his Amber blood is a better reason for his surviving the attack as an infant than what the original books by J.K. Rowling claimed.

I agree with Toras and George-Corwin is arrogant because of his royal birth but not cold- or evil-hearted even in the beginning. He spent lots of time in Shadow and made lots of friends. The only time his arrogance showed was when he felt threatened by someone, which stemmed from his knowledge that he WAS more important to the universe than any Shadow folk. (There is a castle theory that no Shadow exists unless an Amberite has visited there.) He is more proud and righteous than any other trait.

I look forward to seeing where this will go!

An interesting story so far. Though from what I recall of reading the Chronicles of Amber, I think your making Corwin come across as way to arrogant. As I recall from the books, while he didn't necessarily think much of shadow folk, he wasn't that prejudiced against them either. He was in fact friends with a number of different people in various shadows.

You made Corwin hit him... I'm sad :(

I can't wait to see the meeting with Random. Will Corwin stay to teach Harry of their world or will Random be the only one in that task?

I am a fan of Prince of Amber. But as I hadn't read it for quite some time I will need to do so again to make sure to remember important things. So than you for giving me this excuse to read them again lol...

I love the idea of Harry being prince of Amber and I'm curious of what you have planed for him in this family.

Just one think that I'm thinking of asking to all writter I read stories from: please don't ever make it a Ginny/Harry couple... I hate this one. And one think that is not important but in case I'll ask: can you make a slash...? If not I'll read with joy juste because it is a prince of amber crossover. But I had to ask lol. Don't mind me.

I have to say I'm also a little afraid of what Harry will become and if he'll stay kind hearted and if he will be accepted. I'm worried because princes of amber have the tendency to try to kill each other... So I hope no one will try that on Harry. But if it depended on me I would make and read story where he's always and forever safe from everyone.

I think it's a good think I'm scared of what come next because it means you truly made prince of amber mixed with Harry Potter. There's always this atmosphere in prince of amber. Just please make Harry be safe?

I just recently found this story and read it. I don't know anything of the COA, but it is engaging. It draws you in. Ron, Hermonie and Ginny were a disappointment. I can see Ron and Ginny, but like Harry I would have thought Hermonie would have been a bit more sympathetic. Regardless, this is a incredible story and I want to see more! Thank you for taking the time and effort to write this great story and sharing it with the rest of us.
