Wow! What a lovely ending. Great idea to skip ten years ahead, leaving the scene so nicely unburdened with explainations. We don't know what kind of men they've become, but we know they're still together. Great stuff. :D
What a triumph for you! Every one of your drabbles was a little jewel. Thanks for sticking with this crazy project. It was pure joy to read.
I almost wish I was still writing fan fics so you could beta me. You'll be great at that.
And, original stuff! You go, girl! You're going to be unstoppable. Cheers. :)

To tell you the truth, angels have always kind of creeped me out. I love Dean having the urge to put himself between Sam and the ones hovering over the mall. Nice. ;)

O, evil chuckle here. This one is disturbing on so many levels - eggnog and tobacco! - Loved it.

So glad to be one of the people who think of gardening.
Nice job with this one.

I read this one over and over again.
The piece itself is disorienting which put me right where Sam went when he looked at those cookies.
I got the intense, Stephen King meets Alice in Wonderland curve Sam's life took that year all distilled into that moment...I think I need to read it again.

This one worked out beautifully. It's particularly effective in combination with the last one. They make a perfect yin-yang, light/dark duo. Nice.

This is so sweet. I can see doors and windows opening and sunshine flowing into Sam's life for the first time all in a crumpled package and flushed face. Love this one too.
| Elesem chapter 19 . 12/29/2008
You must have lived a least a few past lives because you nailed that parental panic when your kid walks out the door with the car keys...multiplied a thousand times for John of course. Your ability to get inside the heads of people with whom you shouldn't have a single thing in common never ceases to amaze me. I love this one.

Never second guess yourself. The ending was perfect, suited the story to a "T".
Or maybe to a "W" for Winchester...
This is what I get for trying to be clever...

Oh wow. That was awesome. There's nothing better than sharing a beer with family. They deserve some downtime.
Thanks for the 27 drabbles. I enjoyed them immensely! You are very talented. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next!

Well, YT - this was great and fitting and there was a warm feeling to it. You did good.
Thanks for all of these. I thoroughly enjoyed them. What a lovely Christmas present.
I look forward to reading more from you and if you want an extra eye, I'd dig checking out some of your original work as well.

You know, I've always thought angels were incredibly beautiful, like 9 feet tall with eagles' wings tipped in gold and long flowing hair...
And then "Supernatural" came along.
I desperatly hope I'm still right.
This chapter is beautifully painful.

Those are creepy! Funny how their eyes follow you everwhere you go! Although, if I had an angel that looked like Castiel follow me around, I wouldn't mind. :)

That made me laugh! And go "aw..."
Creepy and great.
