I'm used to see McGee in the later episodes. I don't really have an idea what he was like when he began his work on Gibbs' team.

I am so enjoying this. They'll be begging to the skies for Tony's return.

Impressive, good blend of sweet and serious. Enjoyed it, thank you for writing it! For a gen story it has just the right amount of affection between Gibbs and Tony, and all the characters are IC. I love when writers defend Tony, and you did it without making the others look bad.

I love what Tony did to get back at them. But in the end he was to nice i finished all the paper work. He should of let them suffer and do it themselves.

Tony had been strangely quiet on the drive it. In a way that's referring to Gibbs home as Tonys too.

"I ask if you were hungry?

"Geez. Next you'll tell me I have a bed time, too," Tony grumbled as he followed the ex-marine up the stairs.

"Figured you should get a decent nights sleep, you've probably barely had any the last week," Gibbs said, turning the light off in the basement as he headed into the kitchen. He turned around in time to catch Tony's shocked look.

"You are kidding, right?" the younger man asked, rather doubtfully. Gibbs didn't usually joke around about that kind of thing. To Tony's surprise (though not to his annoyance, which was nearly as surprising), Gibbs hadn't been joking about the Just like a dad/parent.

At least Tonys now knows why Gibbs let Tim and Kate go through his file. And he and Gibbs are Ok.

Wow! I would of thought Gibbs would of been #1 and Abby be #2.

YES!Tony got his frat bros. to help get the suspect. Hey what ever works Kate. Loved how Gibbs and even Ducky seemed worried about Tony driving so far alone with the suspect in his thing Tony has friends in police dept. to help him out.

Tony always stayed at Gibbs' house the night after being away. Neither of them really knew where the little tradition originated, but they always followed it. I guess in a way to catch up and make sure each other is kinda nice..

Abby loved them because hugging Tony's strong body (and not to mention feeling all those muscles, that she always wondered where they came from, given the amount of junk food that Tony ate) always gave her a feeling of safety, it was like how she always imagined hugging a big brother would be like. ME too.

"So Tony could have chosen not to hire us," Kate confirmed slowly. At McGee's nod, she couldn't help but feel slight admiration for the man; her constant barbs at him and he had never once mentioned the fact that if it weren't for him she wouldn't even be there. Definitely something to think about. HA! That's right Kate Tony could of said no to you and Tim.

Morrow knew what Gibbs was like, and the only thing that could make him act so strangely was DiNozzo. And Morrow knew what it was like when Gibbs didn't know where DiNozzo was. He knows Gibbs worries about Tony when hes not around but doesnt like to show it.

Awe Tonys gut is going just like Gibbs is.

At least now Tim and Kate have some insight into Tony. Hopefully they will think twice about thinking like he knows nothing.

HA Gibbs thinking of Tony as a young punk. Luckily they had to work together or Tony would of never gotten the job at NCIS. Gibbs turned without a word and took off the note, allowing himself to show some surprise at the note DiNozzo had stuck on him. He did have to admit that the kid had guts… not many people would dare stick a pink, heart shaped post-it note on his jacket. HA! "He gave Gibbs the wrong address," McGee told her, "And then went and did the bust himself." OMG!No way.

Wow Tony tricked Gibbs and thats how he and Gibbs worked together. HA!1 Kate looks like Tony is smarter than you gave/give him credit for.

But if there were only two of them, then why weren't they taken off the rotation or a TAD get hired?" McGee asked, frowning. That's b/c Gibbs and Tony are/were so good at working together. And able to get the job done.

I swear, I can't wait until I won't be the Probie anymore, McGee thought, leaning back in his chair, being able to make the new agent do stuff, not having to do all the dirty work… Sorry to say you will always be "probie".

Good at least now that Tim and Kate read Tony s file now they know a bit more about him. And why Gibbs hire him and they work so well together.

Glad Gibbs is listen in to what Tim and Kate are finding out about Tony.
However, for some reason, Tony just didn't seem to be in the mood. His gut was churning, and at first he had laughed it off, joking to himself that he had spent too much time around Gibbs. But it just got stronger, and he kept on getting a strange feeling that something was going on, but he had no idea what… Yeah your so called partners are reading your file.
How petty can they be hes the SFA of course he gets paid more than them. Hes higher ranking. (no wonder he always had expensive clothes. It really was unfair that Tony got paid that much more then him and Kate!) Beside they are looking into his personal files something they shouldn't be doing to begin with. So its there own fault if they find something they dont like.

Well, they aren't very good investigators, are they? Don't they realize how much Tony protects them from Gibbs' temper?"

"I doubt they realize young Anthonys role. However, I have no doubt that this week will prove to be educational, for both of them," Ducky answered, just as their elevator, heading down, opened. They are sure sorry they were happy about Tony being gone.

Loved how they couldnt believe how much paperwork Tony does. And is able to get it done too.

"Di-McGee, gas the truck." HA! Gibbs was so going to say misses Tony too. But Tony needs a vacation.

Tonys not even there and hes still helping with the case and getting Gibbs temper down a bit.
