|Reviews for Dean's Nightmare|
| Heartless BytchhakaHelenBach1 chapter 1 . 9/2/2010
Good story. I'm glad that Sam was able to finally get through to Dean. He's really tortured himself over what he did in Hell.
Thank you. :)

TV is nice; it brings ideas and stories into our lives. But the downfall is the time limitations. Of course, if it were all perfect, we'd most likely not have fanfiction. So I'm really, really glad you tackled this with such a heartfelt mood. Subjects like this are almost taboo in the series. Dean's tight-lipped policy on his time in hell almost makes him unsympathetic. No, there's no one who can help him figure out how to deal with his time in the worst prison ever constructed. but at least there'd be more understanding.
I love how Sam tries to help his brother without stepping on Dean's overdevelped necessity for independance and personal space.

Nice, you kept them in character, with Dean trying to save face for his brother. Sweet story.

I really enjoyed that! Poor Dean! :(
| kirallie chapter 1 . 12/29/2008

| Kritty chapter 1 . 12/28/2008
Aw...that was so cute... love this l'ill story, just love it! Like your style and adore the bro - moment *sigh**smile*
I felt so sorry for Dean in 4x10 and I feel sorry for him right know - great story, really!
Go on this way! :)

I think Dean deserves a shoulder to lean on. He's been through enough already. It's good that Sam is there to help him through his nightmares. Dean is always so busy protecting everybody that he needs to slow down and let someone help him for a change.
Heartbreaking, but lovely :)

| bhoney chapter 1 . 12/9/2008
Wow, this was just heartbreaking, Dean wondering what his parents would think if they knew. I kinda wonder, given that John was in Hell a whole lot longer than Dean-are we supposed to think he ended up giving in too? I would be surprised if it doesn't come up at some point on the show, since his parents' opinions were always so important to Dean. Glad Sam was able to help.
| Halcyon Impulsion chapter 1 . 12/7/2008
Wow. Add a little heartbreak to my evening why don't you? Like this:
But he was more afraid of what Dean would think of his silence, so he cleared his throat. (weep)
| alwaysateen chapter 1 . 12/7/2008
It's so awful that Dean still have the complete memory of his time in Hell and what he was forced to do...
Did he have enough on his shoulders already? He surely didn't need this horrible guilt!
Sam's reaction is great in your story, he's so supportive and patient when Dean doesn't want to share everything. :)
| Nana56 chapter 1 . 12/7/2008
Aw! Very sweet. Sam did such a good job with Dean. He really helped him...enough that he wanted to drive and didn't seem to need to stop any longer.
Loved this, hon. Thanks. :)

It really is the ultimate hell for Dean to be forced to hurt other people. You really wonder sometimes how he'll ever be able to truly get over it. Poor thing.
| adder574 chapter 1 . 12/7/2008
That was awesome, especially this:
“You apologize and I’ll pull over to kick your ass,” Sam said. Sometimes it took a direct route to get to his brother.
Dean smiled to himself.
“I’ll listen all night long if you want to talk about the dream. Or if you want to talk about Hell,” Sam looked at him. “But I won’t waste a second to listen to you say you’re sorry. You don’t have anything to be sorry about."
It really feels like a conversation Sam would have with Dean, and it almost broke my heart when Dean asked Sam if he thought their parents would be disappointed in him.
Great job on this.
