| Silvara chapter 1 . 12/27/2014
Finally something about Annatar! I am still eager to read more from Sauron's perspective through the First and Second Ages. His personality is a rather complex one. Tragic, stubborn, controlling, impatient, mistrustful, marred, but deep and somewhat poetic. Somehow just like Saruman, but with more time, power...and swag, heh.

Thank you: I do like this and it is an interesting start. Maia/Elf/Dwarf etc should probably be consistently capitalised (or not). Celebrimbor is pleasantly sympathetic! It is nice to see his trust in Annatar despite others' suspicions is not unreasonable.

I like it, and it will be interesting to see what will happen next. :)
Just two small things I noticed:
1. "...I got so sick of making them in the end that I broke Feanorian secrecy and taught other people how to make them." My father did not speak to me for nearly two months after that.
Shouldn't the last sentence be inside quote-marks too? *unsure* Or in italic if that is a thought?
2. I'm glad you agree," said Celebrimbor, ...
You miss quote-mark in the begining of the sentence. ;)
Any news about "Healing what is marred"? *sweet puppy look*
| Calenlass Greenleaf chapter 1 . 12/9/2008
Interesting beginning-I don't think there are many fics on Celebrimbor and Annatar.
