You have showed a realistic progression in their abilities and have a great ability to focus on character development whilst moving the story along. So, 'brothers' surely clear all the questions about shikanaru..
But what a twist! She's alive?! I thought u'd follow the canon, her mother dying & orochimaru finding karin.
So.. 2014 & 2024...*sigh* :(

Anyway, I really enjoyed this fic! The characterization of both the characters & the antagonists were so cool. The best were unique techniques & battle scenes, oh & definitely the politics.
I like this matured naruto. And this shika & naru team up, frndship, bond, & their dynamic which makes more sense as he was there with naruto since they were kids, which makes more difference than his bonds with team 7.

OMG! Are u kidding me?! They're in the Anbu squad with Yugao & Anko?! U did them bad Shun.
Altho I like that Naruto says what he feels. I love Team Oblivion's bond.

Sakura is such a bitch! Getting angry at Naruto for her ''beloved" Sasuke when He was the one who insisted on fighting, when He went to attack Naruto from behind even after the sound defeat, when He was the one to aim a killing blow at their teammate, and when He was the one who lost.
I didn't see her try to stop Sasuke from picking a fight, pulling chidori at Naruto not once but twice now.
But instead she went back to her usual routine.
Cry & beg for Sasuke, while putting all the blame & hate on Naruto.
She has the gal to think she impulsively react the way she did towards the blonde? Where the hell did her guilt & anguish of the past two months go? I think all her care & guilt is a total bullshit. Just an act so she could appear as a good person but is a total douchebag.
Wasn't she promising about being a good teammate towards blonde just before training?
She's a shinobi for god's sake! If she wants to act impulsive all the time, she might as well hide in a hole in front of the enemies.
Altho I wished Naruto to have transfer into team ten, I also understand his reasoning.
Also, I love shikanaru's frndship.
