I loved it!

I have a big question, will Shikamaru, Tenten and Shino be getting any summons? Please say yes, please. I do have some possible summon ideas if you are interested.

Shikamaru- Spiders

My reasons for spiders are actually quite a few

1) Shikamaru can use the spider webs as a way to hid and increase the range of his shadows

2) It helps capture an opponent but gives a little more bite to Shikamaru's attacks

3) Scouting potential and information gathering

4) Hilarity as the spiders are mostly have females being stronger so Shikamaru would have more troublesome and blood thirsty females to deal with

Tenten-Pandas or monkeys- I don't really have much reason for pandas other then her being a Panda girl but perhaps you could make it so they are weapon users (using bamboo staffs) or something. The monkeys are obvious since they transform into weapons (at least Enma) also it gives her a sort of legend of her own as Hiruzen seems to be the only monkey summoner. However this would be unlikely to work. I guess a bird could work though if they are able to fling their feathers like kunai. Or perhaps an animal that could cover you when weapons aren't effective or supplement your weapons by concealing them in genjutsu

Shino-Sorry Shino but other then giant insects like you used in the Shinobi war after Sasuke returned to you guys I really can't think of anything.

Although, if Shikamaru has spiders and Naruto has toads that could cause some hilarity with you since I think it makes sense that Aburame secretly fear giant animals that eat bugs because those animals also have a tendency to try and eat them and it could become a running gag for SShun to torment you with

I wonder how Aya will react once she meets Tenten? I mean why wouldn't Naruto and Shikamru's stalker not meet the new teammates?

all these bitchy pushy women are geting boreing and repetitive. it makes me think that you dont know how to write fe/male interactions in anyother way, its kinda disapointing. so i hope that you become more diverse in your female roles, seriously its waaaayy apparent.

meh. to fast in regards to Kurama and naruto relationship bump. but other than that it was fun! the kids being to observant for Tsunades mess causenow she actually has t ADRESS the crap that was spoken in the hokages office instead of subtly implied... I do have to say that Naruto and Shikamru are SEVERLY underestimating how big the gaps ina bilites are right now, and I am saddened a tad because your falling into RANKS combat authority messes or not really, these are KIDS brilliant, smart kids but still. and simplifying messes are a thing so... yeah.

the bit about them not relying on him... sure actively but passively they were near entirely relient form what we saw in chakra amount, mitos ONE thing we know about her in regards to the sensing thing which is ENTIRELY Kuramas gift... honestly we never get to SEE them often enough o get a sense of if they did, which sorta sucks.

Hi, nice chapter XD if Naruto was willing to go all the trouble he has gone for sasuke, I wonder what it would be willing to do for shikamaru. I love shikamaru XD Can I make a request? During the story more than once shika has made it clear that naruto matter to him as a friend (did not want to leave even at the cost of putting himself in danger and said it directly and clear to naruto) but I feel that Naruto has not said directly nor made it clear that shika matter to him as a true friend. Shika is the real first true friend of Naruto. Can you put something that clear that small issue for me please? The time has come! For the fangirls to unite and find secondary means in fanfic that didn't even exist in the author's mind. Hahahaha. Sorry! I had to make fun of Shikamaru's mistake. I was all like, "All bow to the ninja's sneaky 'underneath the underneath.'" Then all the sudden Tsunade busts in and goes 'nope, you thought that all on your own.' Yah, Shikamaru the overachiever.
