|Reviews for Just Like the Girl That Married Dear Old Dad|
| redrose3443 chapter 1 . 2/23
ending D was the only one that made full sense. no disrespect, but the other three seem pretty random/platonic. if one of the endings showed harry being shocked and blushing as he realized the truth then shyly asking hermione to be his girlfriend, then it would have worked better.
that being said, the part before was great! i always wanted someone to do a hermione/lily/ginny comparison. cause some say ginny looks like lily, but that's only the red hair(which i think is darker compared to lily's anyway.), but that's it. hermione and lily have almost everything in common, besides their looks. and i believe james fell for lily, because she didn't fawn all over his looks, wealth, and power (heir to one of the most ancient and noble houses, hello?) and only saw james once he grew up and stopped playing games, just like hermione got to know the really harry and stood by him and helped him no matter what.

Marvelous! Absolutely Marvelous! A well-written and enjoyably fluffy cannonical read ending exactly as I had hoped :D

I thought this was a really cute story showing everyone happy and spending time together after the war.
| K-Marie-M chapter 1 . 1/22
I liked A and D!
| guest chapter 1 . 1/18
I prefered ending B and D
| klester chapter 1 . 1/7
I liked the last ending best. Of course, anything even remotely approaching Weasley/Dumbledore bashing always gets my vote, the stronger the bashing, the better.

Actually, I liked them all. I've never understood what Hermione saw in Ron. He's lazy - mentally (as we saw above), academically, and socially - and he has atrocious table manners. He has a terrible temper, he's jealous and immature, and he blames others (usually Harry) for any negative fallout that occurs from his own actions. He's a user, IMO. He uses Hermione to get by in school. He uses Harry in a variety of ways, often to draw attention to himself or to get little "perks" from Harry's celebrity. He seems to think life owes him a pass, for some reason.
I don't mind Ginny, but I've always felt like there was Amortentia involved in his sudden attraction to her. This feeling is based on things Harry mentions whenever he is around Ginny and Dean in HBP. Their attraction seems completely physical. JM2K, of course.

I loved this story! I definitely like ending D the best. I also like how you wrote Neville, how you gave him a big part. Most authors make Neville act more like a Hufflepuff than a Gryffindor. I also really like the Dean/Pavarti/Lavender/Seamus friendship. Really great and funny. • •

I liked the last ending. It was the funniest!
| Sammy-A.M chapter 1 . 11/16/2013
Hey, I heard the opposite: daughters marry guys who resemble their father (?!)
Liked the ending D the most, the others were a bit too cheesy for my taste ;)
| Lexi chapter 1 . 11/3/2013
YES! FINALLY! Someone else who thinks that Hermione is like Harry's mother minus the red hair. And people don't know enough about Ginny to say that she is just like Lily. And if you look at family tree's of Harry Potter, his grandmother is supposedly Dorea Black and most Black's had dark hair so that cancels out that "Potter's always marry red heads." This may be incorrect but I'm going off on wikia's information.
