Reviews for Truth Unfolds in Wave |

![]() ![]() ![]() So I read through most of this and it isn't as bad I originally thought. I do think your story summary severely does your story a disservice. If this was labeled as Romance/Comfort made it clear that this was a Sakura-focused story on her growing feelings towards Naruto then I think people would've been much more receptive and not give up by chapters 15-20. By making your summary Naruto-centric and labeling the story as action made people come in with a difference set of expectations, expectations that were severely not met. You do still dumb down Naruto way too much in this story. Seriously, what 15 year old can't pronounce the world 'transformation'? But the NaruSaku relationship was solid for a first-time read-through. |
![]() ![]() ![]() 22 chapters in a 60ish chapter story, and literally jack shit has happened. It's not that Naruto has to be overpowered, but you overpowered literally everyone else except him. Your main character's only feat in the first 1/3 of the entire story was beating a squid. Your plotline of the first mission ever that doesn't even have to do with the Akatsuki hasn't even started happening for real, and it was put into motion 15 chapters ago. This story was a waste of time. No wonder 15 years later it doesn't even break 1K favorites despite having 500K words. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is extremely well written, what an amazing story i wish that in the canon naruto/sakura relationship would have been like this, is amazing thanks for wrtting this. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Well finally finished it. Pretty fun story. There are chapters that drag on like training or battles that could have been cut down. You put a lot of effort into this though and i respect that. Reading your last authors notes about a sequel. Im reading this 14 years after it ended so unless you have another account this seems to be the end. Wherever you are i hope life is going well for you. Peace |
![]() ![]() ![]() A bit different from the canon with how the 9 tails works but still pretty interesting. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sakura mad oh boy |
![]() ![]() ![]() These training chapters are a such a drag |
![]() ![]() ![]() I honestly dont get why fanfics make sakura angry when she finds out about the beast inside naruto, its none if her business. |
![]() ![]() Good story your pacing sucks you take to long and stretch out what could be done in 2 chapters to 4 or 5 |
![]() ![]() Seems odd the fact that it would be literally illegal to tell sakura about his problems never came up in this chapter lol |
![]() ![]() ![]() I’m not gonna lie. This chapter had me tearing up multiple times. As I was reading it I just relived those tear jerking episodes in Naruto Shippuden. Good job on the chapter and I can’t wait to read the rest of the story. |
![]() ![]() IM NOT CALLED THE GLIZZY GOBLER FOR NO REASON. |
![]() ![]() WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lives in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that the best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that read this letter, on a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other pictures on the site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake, apparently, if you copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes you will have the best day of your life tomorrow. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very interesting take on the time period in between Naruto and Shippuden! I enjoyed your story. |
![]() ![]() To say that it was worth reading from beginning to end is an an understatement. Extremely well written. Waiting for a sequel. |
