| KKBELVIS chapter 5 . 8/4/2009
I'm on a reading frenzy tonight LOL...this be my last for the night.
What a trip!
'Pinocchio'Sam...how cool is that?
I love all the bark peeling parts...so believable...very neat! The research you did shines through! And Sam's soul safe in the goblet...
And how Sam was involved with everything/the research through out most of the story...A very Sam thing to do!
Should have been filmed award!
Thanks for the free ticket to ride!

Cracktastic! And Bela and Gordon were like the salt in the soup, hehe. Really liked it.

| Fireman Phil chapter 5 . 1/28/2009
I think you did a great job wrapping up the story. It (the whole story) was a nice size, compact and well-paced.
Your description of peeling the bark off poor Sam was interesting. Did you pick at scabs when you were a child? Ugh.
Anyway...the tie in with Bela was effective. It could have happened that way.
Hope things in real life are improving. Stay away from old trunks.
| sendintheclowns chapter 5 . 1/27/2009
How crushing it was for Sam to realize everything he went through hadn't voided Dean's deal. Very much in keeping with their luck though.
I love how you convey Dean's caring while keeping his banter cocky...especially the line about peeling bark off certain parts of Sam's anatomy. Great stuff!
But mostly I love that you shared fic with us. I hope you had enough fun to do it again. Soon.
| amyblair chapter 5 . 1/27/2009
Okay, first I want to say that I'm glad you decided to write another fic. It was worth the read.
THIS WAS WEIRD. I mean crazy ass weird. And I totally dug it.
Loved the whole tree thing and the bark and the leaves and the branches - you just felt Sam turning into a tree.
I miss the "I gotcha, Sammy."
Loved 'And with that, Dean's heart broke.'
The child erupting from Sam's chest was gross.
Imaginative and brave, this was - YOU DID GREAT!
| Faye Dartmouth chapter 5 . 1/27/2009
You finished! And what an ending!
First of all, the mental image of them cleaning Sammy? Is sort of priceless. And I love how happy Sam is-how he just feels good being around his brother (and Bobby). I miss that sense of togetherness in the show these days.
And your ending? Ominous!
All in all, fantastic fic :) I've missed your writing!
(And I know! I owe you an email! We finally got a whole bunch more pictures on the computer so maybe I'll do it tomorrow...)
| Floralia chapter 5 . 1/27/2009
It was an interesting idea to tie it back to Bella and a throwaway remark.
It’s so sad, Sam realising he went through all that and it didn’t help Dean. This was such an unusual story – I’d have been wary of it from anyone but you, but you have such excelled detail and characterisations that you make it feel real.
| skag trendy chapter 5 . 1/26/2009
Sam's back! YAY!
So this was all set up by Bela eh? Very sneaky! And a neat way of re-introducing Gordon Walker.
I would so love to see some Bela bashing from Dean over this, even if the bi*tch IS going to hell.
Nice one mate.
