Hmm... Ichigo, dead? I can't bring myself to believe that. I'm going with Kago/Aizen doing something with Kyoka Suigetsu to mess everything up. Though Zangetsu... I'm reading too much into this. Or not enough.

Without knowing it, the music I was listening to during this first section only amplified the sheer loss that Ulquiorra was going through (although you did warn me that you were really going to mess him up). Anyway, man that part was intense...and now it's amplified even more with Stark showing up...followed closely by a few other familiar faces. Is Yumi okay?

This is so surreal having Ichigo fight with Aizen's true form as a Kurosaki (did I mention how awesome that twist was to the story?). Great fight between the two of them though...descriptive action so it was very easy to imagine the scene being played out. And then suddenly it all ends with one final blow...

A little startling how fast the final fight came to an stark end. It a surreal feeling that Ichigo and "Aizen" are really dead now and I'd feel as the Espada would too... "so...what the hell are we supposed to do now?" Would it be weird to say that ending feels a bit like how "No Country for Old Men" ended? No real resolution...there were no clear winners, just a standstill. I can definitely see why an epilogue is needed to tie all of this together, even a sequel to pull it out further.

Crazy! Overall the story was great though of course. I'll make sure to give your UlquiNel drawing some justice ;-)

Ah..don't tell me this is gonna be a trajedy I want Ichigo and Rukia to live forever. But I am gonna love seeing the reactions of the shinigami and Vizards to Ichigos death(and Aizens)

I don't know why but Yammy cracks me up sometimes...I guess I just see him as a brute. Anyway, Three Cheers for Ulquiorra! He's such a badass, it can't be helped. Their interaction was great, especially considering they were once friends to a degree. Ahh, now Orihime's involvement and station in Soul Society makes sense, glad you cleared that up. It was smart to put that in here instead of in the previous chapter, since it would have probably detracted from the other fights.

“You were the Sexta by default, Jaegerjaques,” Wonderwice said calmly over the sound of Grimmjow hacking up his lifeblood in disbelief. “I was the Novena by choice, and that simple fact makes all the difference in the world.” - great line sequence! It certainly does bring things into a different perspective and I like it.

Saika appears! O this will be really cool to see him as an Arrancar on Aizen's team instead of against him as he was in LCA. Wow, he is really powerful and his fighting style is pretty awesome, the way he calculated using his spear and a cero, able to predict his opponents movements. I'm guessing this is the end of Shiro...but now Love steps into spotlight. (yay Vizards!)

I know Barragan's a bastard but he does have one the most awesome resurrections that KT ever came up with...I'm actually glad those chapters came out so you could include it with this story to make his powers canon. Fucking sweet - Kensei appears... This is turning into Vizard heaven lol...I just need to wait for the rest of the gang to show up.

Woah, why did Eris pull back when she was about to hit Matsumoto? Just because she wasn't at full strength to fight or was it something else (abdomen, hint)? on a side note: HIRAKO SHINJI, MUTHERFUKER!

T_T poor Nel...she definitely tried though, that was painful to read (but good). At least it's time to see Hector begin to fight! I see now it was him who brought the Vizards back with him for help, awesome.

Say it isn't so! Ichigo died too soon! A great battle nonetheless by everyone, but why he had to die? Unless you surprise us, but I'll leave you to that! Still, hopefully there will be a happy ending with Ichigo in there, seriously! All the cases more I look forward to reading the next chapter!

Most of the war seems to be over now. It makes me sad to see Ichigo did not survive long enough to see it, but at least he managed to take Aizen down with him. Well, life goes on, and those who are killed in afterlife are reborn in the real world.

Nice save, Rukia! And Orihime suddenly appeared in Soul Society... interesting... I have to say, I love how Rukia became a total badass over the years with kido, her strong point anyway. Not even needing the incantation of a spell at a level 88, impressive! Thatta girl ;-)

Szayel is so twisted with his little voodoo dolls...reading this fight does make me wonder how insane and powerful he would have gotten if he wasn't killed by Mayuri in the manga. Yay, and it's Hisagi's best friend Kira to help out now! Excellent beheading on his part if I must say...it's good to bring Szayel down to his knees - pun fully intended.

Poor Soi Fon...she's been hurt really badly...but Nel came! I'm glad to see her back in picture after so long. Nice detail describing her resurrection, specifically the part about her hooves on the ground. It's funny how she can be really scary when she's serious about fighting but still caring overall. But now that Hinamori's inner hollow decided to bring the battle out, this will get even more interesting.

I hope this doesn't come off as a lame review, because I'm honestly kind of overwhelmed and speechless. It's just as epic as it needed to be, a perfect fit for this fic, and the dual-death ending was so beautifully appropriate, that I'm actually rather stunned. You wrote it beautifully (nod to Jaso's beta'ing here), so much so that I'm rather emotional, even though I knew it was coming.

Taken altogether, this fic is a masterpiece. Kudos on all your choices to write the fic YOUR way and not according to reviews or fanservice. Though it's not as enormous as LCA, it's epic in its own right and you should be goddamned proud of yourself. I haven't been this affected be a finale in a long time. WELL DONE. I'm honored to have such talented friends, truly, and thank you for sharing this story with all of us.

Hahah, I love how you write Hime, with a semi-backbone and a slightly vengeful streak. :P It's a good look for her. Oh, and Yumi is BALLER, altho bitterness IS awfully ugly, it's totally understandable in this case. (And frankly, I'm with him, but that's just me) XP
